Abstract
본 발명은 특히 그래프트 중합체 폴리올과 유기 이소시아네이트를 발포제로서 물을 사용하여 반응시켜서 제조되는 반응 사출 형성(RIM)된 에너지 흡수성 폴리우레탄 경질 발포체를 개시한다.

Claims (13)
- 그래프트 중합체 폴리올, 가교제, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 촉매, 계면 활성제, 및 발포체로서 물의 반응생성물로 이루어진, 반응 사출 성형(RIM)된 에너지 흡수성 폴리우레탄 경질 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50% 편차와 10% 편차 사이의 압축 강도비가 1 내지 2인 발포체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수가 약 200 이상인 발포체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수가 약 200 내지 약 350인 발포체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 그래프트 중합체 폴리올이 캡핑(capping)기로서 에틸렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 프로필렌 글리콜의 에틸렌 옥사이드-프로필렌 옥사이드 부가물로 이루어진 것인 발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 그래프트 중합체 폴리올이 추가로 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 분산물을 함유하는 것이 발포체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포체가 사슬 연장제로서 슈크로스 기재 비촉매 폴리올을 함유하는 것인 발포체.
- (a) 캡핑기로서 에틸렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 프로필렌 글리콜의 에틸렌 옥사이드-프로필렌 옥사이드 부가물과 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 분산물로 이루어진 그래프트 중합체 폴리올, (b) 가교제, (c) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (d) 촉매, (e) 계면활성제 및 (f) 발포제로서 물의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 RIM 성형된 에너지 흡수성 폴리우레탄 경질 발포체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수가 약 200 내지 약 350인 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분산물이 그래프트 중합체 폴리올의 15 내지 45%를 구성하는 것인 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 50% 편차와 10%편차 사이의 압축 강도비가 1 내지 2인 발포체.
- 그래프트 중합체 폴리올, 가교제, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 촉매, 계면활성제, 및 발포제로서 물을 사용하여 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 50% 편차와 10%편차 사이의 압축 강도비가 1 내지 2인 RIM 성형된 에너지 흡수성 폴리우레탄 경질 발포체의 제조 방법.
