Abstract
본 발명은 과부하 차단기에 관한 것으로 특히 가전품 전원 공급용 콘센트속에 설치하여 다량의 전류가 흐르는 경우 전원을 차단시켜 줌으로서 안전을 도모코자 하는 과부하 차단기에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 전원 입력단자와 부하사이에 트라이악과 트랜스의 1차측을 직열연결하여 트랜스로 하여금 과부하를 감지토록하고 이와같이 감지되는 트랜스의 2차측에 유기되는 전압이상으로 상승될 때 트랜지스터를 도통시켜 지연회로를 통해 동작회로를 가동시킴으로서 발광다이오드의 빛에 의해 수광소자로 하여금 상기한 트라이악의 게이트 전압을 차단함으로서 부하측에 연결되는 TV, 전열기등과 같은 가전품등의 부하측을 보호하도록하며 이와같은 전원차단을 완전히 전자회로에 의해 실행하여 접점소손등의 결함없이 또 시각적으로 통전과 차단을 확인하며, 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The triac and the primary side of the transformer are connected in series between the power input terminal and the load so that the transformer can detect an overload and when the voltage rises above the induced voltage on the secondary side of the detected transformer, the transistor is energized and operated through a delay circuit.
