Abstract
본 발명에 의하여, 동일하지 아니한 피스톤속도에 의하여 작동실린더를 유압식으로 슬라이드 밸브 제어함에 있어서, 피스톤을 작동시키는 유압매체의 체적유량을 그때 그때의 피스톤속도에 적합하게 조절하여 작동하고, 피스톤의 운동방향을 예비제어되은 방향밸브에 의하여 조정할수 있으며, 역동밸브(S3)를 예비제어밸브(A)에 의하여 유압식으로 예비제어하고, 이러한 예비제어밸브를 작동실린더(1)용 제어임펄스에 의하여 조절할 수 있고, 예비제어밸브(A)로부터 역동밸브(S3)까지 이르는 예비제어로 (11,12)사이에 유압에 의하여 예비제어되는 제어밸브(B)를 설치하며, 유압매체의 두갈래 체적유량중 하나가 이러한 제어밸브(B)를 통하여 흐르고 제어밸브(B)의 각 위치에 따라 피스톤 속도가 조절 된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법을 부호로서 도시하는 한편, 유압식 작동 실린더와 그 피스톤로드에 의하여 구동되는 2개의 아암이 달린 로커 암을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (6)
- 피스톤을 작동시키는 유압매체의 체적유량이 피스톤 속도에 따라 조절되고 예비제어되는 방향밸브에의하여 피스톤의 운동방향이 조정되는 슬라이드 밸브제어방법에 있어서, 역동밸브(S3)가 예비제어밸브(A)에 의하여 유압식으로 예비제어되고 예비제어밸브가 작동실린더(1)용 제어임펄스에 의하여 조절될수 있고 예비제어밸브(A)로부터 역동밸브(S3)에 이르는 예비제어회로 (11,12)사이에 유압에 의하여 예비제어되는 제어밸브(B)를 설치되어 있으며, 유압매체의 두갈래 체적유량중 하나가 이러한 제어밸브(B)를 통하여 흐르고 제어밸브(B)의 각 위치에 피스톤속도가 연관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동실린더의 유압식 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어밸브(B)의 유압식 예비제어가 예비제어회로내에 접속되어 있는 유량조절변(14,15)에 의하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동 실린더의 유압식 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법.
- 제1항또는 2항중 하나에 있어서, 제어밸브(B)의 적어도 하나의 위치에 연관되어 있는 경로내에 차단장치가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동 실린더의 유압식 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법.
- 제1항또는 3항중 하나에 있어서, 제어밸브(B)의 피스톤에 통과통공, 유량제어변 및 차단장치(Sperre)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동 실린더의 유압식 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법.
- 제1항또는 3항중 하나에 있어서, 유압식 작동실린더 선형 구동장치용 압력발생기로서 저장장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동실린더의 유압식 슬라이드 밸브 제어방법.
