Abstract
본 발명은 입력전원 전압의 변동 및 짧은 순간의 정전시에 스위칭 전원회로를 보호하면서 안정된 출력을 시스템회로에 공급하게 하는 스위칭 전원 장치의 펄스폭 제어회로에 관한 것으로 종래 기술에서는 펄스 발생부(25)에서 최초 공급되는 스위칭 펄스폭은 전류 궤환이 이루어지지 않는 상태에서는 조정이 불가능하고 스위칭 전원 장치의 온타임이 최초에 크게 되어 스위칭 소자 및 트랜스의 전류, 전압치가 규격치 이상이 되어 회로 소자등의 소손이나 파괴를 가져왔으나 본 발명에서는 일정전원을 공급하는 전원부(18)와, 전원부(18)의 피크 전압과 기준 전압을 비교하는 펄스 폭 제어회로(19)와, 펄스 폭 제어회로(19)의 출력과 삼각파 발생기의 출력을 비교하여 펄스를 발생시키는 펄스 발생부(25)와, 펄스 발생부(25)의 출력 레벨에 따라 스위칭 소자(10)의 온타임을 제어하므로 마그네트론(MG)의 출력을 가감시키게 하는 스위칭 소자 구동부(16)를 구비하여 문제점을 해결한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pulse width control circuit of a switching power supply device for supplying a stable output to a system circuit while protecting the switching power supply circuit in the event of fluctuation of an input power supply voltage and a short power failure.
