제4도~제5도는 본 발명에 사용되는 매트전사재의 단면도이다.
Claims (2)
- 플라스틱성형품(1)의 요철(3) 표면상에 다시 미세한 요철(4)을 가진 전사층(2)이 형성되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택표면을 갖는 인모울드성형품.
- 무광택효과를 나타내는 미세한 요철(4)을 형성할 수 있는 매트전사재(7)와, 캐비티부(6)에 상기 매트전사재(7)보다 큰 요철(3)의 매트가공이 실시된 금형(5)을 사용하여, 상기 매트전사재(7)를 상기 금형(5)내에 고정시킨 다음 수지를 사출하여 인모울드성형을 행하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택표면을 갖는 인모울드성형품을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
