제1도는 통상의 작동방식에서 TN-셀을 포함하는 배열을 도시한 것이다, 제2도는 전송시 원편광화광의 작동에서 TN-셀을 포함하는 배열을 도시한 것이다, 제3도는 반사의 경우에 제2도와 유사한 배열을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 액정셀(5)에 원편광화광을 공급하기 위한 장치(3)를 특징으로 하는 액정셀과 편광자의 배합으로 이루어지는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원편광화광을 공급하는 수단이 원형-편광자(3)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원편광화광을 공급하는 수단이 파장을 선택적으로 반사하는 콜레스테르성 액정 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액정층이 단량체성 및 중합체성 클레스테르성 액정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀이 TN회전 셀(7)이고 전원 차단된 상태와 전원을 가한 상태 사이의 광학 피치 차이를 위해 조건 δmin=△n.d=入/2를 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀이 TN회전 셀(9)이고 전원 차단된 상태와 전원을 가한 상태 사이의 광학 피치 차이를 위해 조건 δmin=△n.d=入/2를 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀이 슈퍼트위스트 액정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀(11)이 평행 분자 배향의 평면 액정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀이 등방성 분자 배향의 DAP-셀(13)임을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정셀 기질상에 반사기(10)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원편광화 광으로 부터 전환된 후에 불완전하게 선편광화될수 있는 광선 경로에서 저-편광화 선형 편광자를 특징으로 하는 광 조절 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
