Claims (21)
- 중합 용기로의 촉매도입 이전에, 탄화수소-가용성 티타늄 성분들을 함유하는 미립 티타늄-함유 촉매를 유기금속 환원제와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 올레핀 중합에 유용한 촉매를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속 환원제가 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 화합물, 히드로카르빌 붕소화합물, 히드로카르빌 알킬리 또는 알칼리토금속 화합물 또는 히드로카르빌 아연 화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속 환원제가 트리에틸보란인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속 환원제가 일반식 RmAlZ3-m(식에서, R은 C1-8인 히드로카르빌기이고, Z은 할로겐, 수소 또는 C1-8인 히드로카르빌기이고, m은 1-3이다)의 화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속 환원제가 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸 알루미늄인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체를 사염화 티타늄과 접촉시켜 상기 티타늄-함유 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄 알콕사이드 및 이할로겐화 마그네슘을 반응시켜 용액을 형성시키고 나서; 금속이 주기율표의 I-Ⅲ족 금속, 금속할로겐화물 또는 주기율표의 ⅢA, ⅣA, ⅣB, VA 또는 AB족 원소의 산소-함유 하로겐화물, 할로겐화 수소 또는 유기산 할로겐화물인 유기금속 화합물인 침전제와 상기 용액을 반응시켜 침전교체를 생성시키고 나서, 상기 고체를 사염화 티타늄과 접촉시켜 상기 티타늄-함유 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 부가적으로 올레핀 초기 중합체 1-10중량%를 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 고체가 사염화 티타늄과 접촉되기 이전에 상기 올레핀 초기 중합체가 상기 침전 고체상에 부착되는 방법.
- 제10항에 상기 침전제가 할로겐화 유기알루미늄 화합물이고, 상기 고체가, 고체상에 초기중합체를 형성시키기에 충분한 조건하에 상기 올레핀과 접촉되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 알콕사이드가 티타늄 테트라에톡사이드이고, 상기 이할로겐화 마그네슘이 이염화마그네슘이고, 상기 할로겐화 유기알루미늄 화합물이 에틸알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드 또는 에틸알루미늄 이클로라이드이고, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 상기 유기알루미늄 화합물과 접촉된후, 희석액 내에서 탈수 실리카와 슬러리화되어 티타늄-기재 실리카-희석 촉매가 생성되는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 안에 초기중합체와 고체의 탄화수소 슬러리가 유기금속 환원제와 접촉되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매 및 유기금속 조촉매로 구성되는 촉매 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 트리에틸알루미늄으로 구성되는 촉매 시스템.
- 올레핀을, 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조된 티타늄-함유 촉매 또는 제15항 또는 제16항에 따르는 촉매 시스템과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 올레핀을 중합시키기 위한 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합이 연속 루프 반응기에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 에틸렌이 중합되어 폴리에틸렌 단독 중합체들을 생성시키는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 에틸렌 및 적어도 하나의 다른 C3-81-올레핀이 중합되어 에틸렌 공중합체를 생성시키는 방법.
