Description

탄화수소의 촉매적 탈수소화 및/또는 탈수소환화 방법 및 이를 위한 개선된 촉매의 생성방법

제1도는 3가지 서로 다른 촉매 조성물에 대해 온도의 함수로서 프로판의 전환을 비교하는 그래프 다이아그램이다. 제2도는 3가지 서로 다른 촉매 조성물에 대해 온도의 함수로서 프로필렌 선택성을 비교하는 그래프 다이아램이다. 제3도는 3가지 서로 다른 촉매 조성물에 대해 전환의 함수로서 프로필렌 선택성를 비교하는 그래프 다이아그램이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 알루민산 아연 지지체에 약5-약20중량% 범위내 양으로 알루민산칼슘을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루민산 아연 지지체 및 Ⅷ족 금속 촉매로 구성되는 탈수소화/및 또는 탈수 소환화를 위한 개선된 활성 및 선택성을 갖는 촉매의 생성방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루민산칼슘이, 상기 알루민산 아연 및 상기 알루민산 칼슘의 총합한 중량을 기준으로 약10-약18중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속촉매가 지지체의 약 0.01-약 5.0중량%의 범위로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 촉매가 플래티늄인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물이 납, 주석 게르마늄 또는 이들의 두개이상의 혼합물인 촉진제 금속을 포함하며, 상기 촉진제 금속을 포함하며, 상기 촉진제 금속은 바람직하게 지지체의 약 0.01-역 5.0중량% 범위로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 촉매 조성물과 탄화수소를 접촉시키는, 탄화수소의 촉매적 탈수소화 및/ 탈수소환화 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키기 전에 탄화수소를 예비가열시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물을 접촉시키기 전에, 상기 예비가열된 탄화수소를 증기와, 바람직하게 2-30의 몰비에서, 혼합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 반응기 유출물을 냉각시켜 응축물상 및 증기 상을 형성시키고, 상기 응축물 상 및 상기 증기상을 분리시키고, 및, 원한다면, 상기 증기상을 압축시켜, 바람직하게 압축된 증기 상으로부터 수소생성물, 경 최종 생성물 및 탄화수소 생성물을 회수하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소가 3-8개 탄소원자를 갖는 화합물로 구성되는 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉단계가 482.2℃(900℉)-621.1℃(1150℉)의 온도범위에서 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉단계가 대기압 이하 내지 310psia의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소가 약 0.5-약10의 액체 매시 공간 속도를 제공하는 속도에서 상기 촉매 조성물과 접촉하는 방법.
