제1도는 양쪽 면에 접착층이 붙어있는 중합체 필름의 단면도이다. 제2도는 제1접착층에 그래픽층이 붙어있는 중합체 필름의 단면도이다. 제3도는 제2접착층에 자석층이 붙어있는 중합체 필름의 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) (i) 다기능 유기 이소시아네이트와 (ii) 중합체 폴리올의 반응생성물인 폴리루에탄수지 및 (b) 다음 일반식을 갖는 최소한 하나의 포스페이트 에스테르로 구성된 접착층이 최소한 한쪽면에 피복된 중합체 필름 기판층으로 이루어진 초벌칠된 필름.
    식중, R은 임의에 따라 반응성이 없는 치환체들을 함유하며 총 탄소원자수가 10 이하인 반응성없는 탄화수소 라디칼; R1은 임의에 따라 반응성이 없는 치환체들을 함유하며 총 탄소원자수가 10 이하인 반응성이없는 탄화수소 라디칼이거나 또는 알카리 금속, 암모늄, 아민 양이온 또는 수소; M은 알카리금속, 암모늄, 아민 양이온 또는 수소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층의 성분(b)의 R과 R1이 에틸, n-프로필, 이소-프로필, n-부틸, 이소-프로필 및 3차-부틸로부터 선택된 초벌칠된 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)인 포스페이트 에스테르가 디부틸 하이드로겐 포스페이트의 염, 부틸 디하이드로겐 포스페이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 초벌칠된 필름.
  4. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착층의 성분(a)인 중합체 폴리올이 폴리에스테르로 구성된 초벌칠된 필름.
  5. 전기한 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a)인 폴리우레탄 수지가 다기능 활성수로를 함유하고 있는 사슬 확장제로 구성된 초벌칠된 필름.
  6. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착층이 최소한 부분적으로 가교결합된 초벌칠된 필름.
  7. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 기판이 두개의 축방향으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 구성된 초벌칠된 필름.
  8. (a) (i) 다기능 유기 이소시아네이트와 (ii) 중합체 폴리올의 반응생성물인 폴리루에탄수지 및 (b) 다음 일반식을 갖는 최소한 하나의 포스페이트 에스테르로 구성된 접착층을 최소한 하나의 포스페이트 에스체르로 구성된 접착층을 중합체 필름 기판층의 최소한 한쪽면에 피복시켜 포벌칠된 필름을 만드는 방법.
    식중, R은 임의에 따라 반응성이없는 치환체들을 함유하며 총 탄소원자수가 10 이하인 반응성이 없는 탄화수소라디칼; R1은 임의에 따라 반응성이 없는 치환체들을 함유하며 총 탄소원자수가 10 이하인 반응성이없는 탄화수소 라디칼이거나 또는 알카리 금속, 암모늄, 아민 양이온 또는 수소; M은 알카리금속, 암모늄, 아민 양이온 또는 수소.
  9. 제1항부터 제8항까지중 어느 한 항의 초벌칠된 필름 또는 제9항의 방법으로 제조된 필름과 자성층 및 그래픽 층으로 구성된 자성카드.
