제2도는 제1도에 개략적으로 도시한 형태의 제어밸브의 단면도로서 유체가 축압기 저장소에 도입되기 전의 상태의 축압기 부품을 도시한 도면.
제3도는 제2도와 유사한 부분 단면도로서 유체가 축압기 용기에 도입된 후의 축압기 부품의 상대적 위치를 도시한 도면.

Claims (19)

  1. 합체된 차륜의 긴급 로크-업 상태를 교정하도록 적어도 하나의 선택된 차륜 브레이크로 브레이크 회로의 유체압을 제어하기에 적합한 차량용 로크 방지 브레이크 시스템에 사용되고, 로크 방지 작동 동안 브레이크 유체를 수용 및 유지하기 위한 개구부를 갖는 저장소를 포함하며, 상기 브레이크 시스템은 선택된 차륜 브레이크와 축압기 조립체 사이에 연결된 밸브 수단을 포함하고 상기 밸브수단은 유체압을 선택된 차륜 브레이크로 감소시키기 위한 축압기 조립체에 브레이크 유체를 공급하도록 브레이크 시스템의 로크-방지 작동 동안 선택 제어되는 축압기 조립체에 있어서, 로크 방지 작동동안 제1예정 압력으로 저장소내에 브레이크 유체의 유체압을 유지시키는 수단과, 브레이크 유체를 개구부를 통해 흐르게 하고 브레이크 회로로 복귀시키는 저장소내의 브레이크 유체에 제1예정압력보다 큰 제2예정 압력을 적용시키기 위해 브레이크 시스템이 로크 방지 작동하에 없을 때만 작동하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1예정 압력은 거의 제로 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 수단은 저장소와 선택 차륜 브레이크와 차량용 주실린더 사이에 연결된 평상시 개방격리 밸브와, 걸린 로크-업 상태를 보정하도록 격리 밸브와 덤프 밸브를 작동시키고 합체된 차륜의 긴급 로크-업 상태를 검파하도록 작동되는 제어 수단을 포함하며, 덤프 밸브는 유체압을 선택 차륜 브레이크로 감소시키기위한 저장소에 브레이크 유체를 공급하도록 로크 방지 작동시에 선택 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지 수단은 브레이크 시스템의 로크 방지 작동시에만 제1예정 압력을 유지하도록 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적용 수단은 브레이크 시스템의 로크 방지작동후 제2예정 압력을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 축압기 조립체는 캐비티를 형성하는 하우징과, 로크 방지 브레이크 시스템의 작동중에 브레이크 유체를 수용하고 일시 저장하는 저장소를 형성하는 캐비티와 협동하고 캐비티내에 활주 가능하게 장착된 피스톤과, 예정 압력으로 저장소에 저장된 유체를 유지하도록 피스톤 상에 예정 압력을 받는 방향으로 피스톤을 편향시키는 피스톤에 결합된 스프링 수단과, 로크 방지 브레이크 시스템의 작동부 사이에 저장소에 저장된 유체의 압력을 감소시키도록 피스톤상에 미치는 힘을 감소시키도록 작동되고 스프링 수단에 연결된 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 스프링 수단에 연결된 수단은 압력은 거의 제로 압력으로 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 차량용 로크 방지 브레이크 시스템은 차량용 주실린더와 선택 차륜 브레이크 사이에 연결된 평상시 개방격리 밸브와, 선택 차륜 브레이크와 저장소 사이에 연결도니 평상시 폐쇄 덤프 밸브와 긴급 로크업 상태를 교정하도록 격리 밸브와 덤프 밸브를 작동시키고 합체된 차륜의 긴급 로크업 상태를 감지하도록 작동하는 제어 수단을 포함하며, 상기 덤프 밸브는 선택 착륜 브레이크에 대한 압력을 감소시키기 위한 저장소로 브레이크 유체를 공급하도록 로크방지 작동중 선택 개방되는 것을 특징으로하는 축압기 조립체.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 수단은 브레이크 시스템의 로크 방지 작동후에 에정된 압력을 발휘하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 스프링 수단에 연결된 수단은 스프링 수단을 압축하도록 작동하여 스프링 수단이 더 이상 피스톤상에 힘을 미치지 못하게 하는 플런저 수단과, 스프링 수단을 압축시키도록 플런저를 이동시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 차량용 로크 방지 브레이크 시스템은 차량용 주실린더와 선택 차륜 브레이크 사이에 연결된 평상시 개방 격리 밸브와, 선택 차륜 브레이크와 저장소 사이에 연결된 평상시 패쇄 덤프 밸브와, 긴급 로크업 상태를 교정하게 유체 압력을 제어하도록 격리 밸브와 덤프 밸브를 작동시키고 합체된 차륜의 긴급 로크업 상태를 검파하도록 작동하는 제어 수단을 포함하며, 상기 덤프 밸브는 선택차륜 브레이크에 대한 압력을 감소시키기 위한 저장소로 브레이크 유체를 공급하도록 로크 방지 작동중 선택개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 플런저 수단은 스프링 수단이 피스토상에 예정압력을 가하는 비작동 위치와 스프링 수단이 피스톤상에 더이상의 압력을 가하지 못하게 압축된 작동 위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 플런저 수단은 작동 위치로 유압 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 플런저 수단이 가압 브레이크 유체에의해 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 하우징은 플런저 수단을 이동시키도록 브레이크 유체를 공급하기 위한 통로를 포함하고, 상기 통로는 통로를 통해 유체 흐름을 제한하는 제한부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 플런저 수단은 스프링 수단에 의해 비작동 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 플런저 수단은 로크 방지 작동 동안만 작동 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 플런저 수단은 덤프 밸브가 유체를 저장소로 공급하도록 개바된 후 작동 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기 조립체.
