Claims (8)
- 자체특성을 보존시키기 위해 중합체 물질로 밀폐시킨 민감한 마그네틱 피그먼트에 있어서, 중합체 물질의 양이, 마그네틱 피그먼트의 양을 기준하여, 0.1 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 2중량%임을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질이 패킹(packing)물질로서 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질이, 자기 기록 매체(magnetic recording media)의 제조시, 재표에 용해될 수 있고/있거나 팽윤될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질이 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐 화합물, 폴리비닐리덴 화합물, 셀롤로오스 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 화합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 피그먼트가 자철석, 버토로이드(bertholoid)철 산화물 및/또는 거의 철로 이루어진 금속 피그먼트임을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 마그네틱 피그먼트가, 거의 철로 이루어져 있으며, 0.5 내지 15중량%의 산소 함유량을 가지고 금속 피그먼트임을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
- 마그네틱 피그먼트의 산화도를 임으로 조정한 후, 이 마그네틱 피그먼트를 중합체 물질로 밀폐시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 마그네틱 피그먼트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 거의 철로 이루어진 금속 피그먼트를, 시간에 따라 증가하는 산소 부분압을 가진 대기중에서 신중히 열처리하여 0.5 내지 15중량%의 산소를 함유하도록한 다음, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리메타크릴레이트. 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐화합물, 폴리비닐리덴 화합물, 셀롤로오스 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 화합물로 이루어진 중합체 0.1 내지 5중량%를 패킹물질로서 사용하여 밀폐시킴을 특징으로 하여, 마그네틱 피그먼트를 제조하는 방법.
