Claims (12)

  1. (a) 안토시아노시드-중아황산 부가물을 형성하고, (b) (a)에서 얻은 pH 5 내지 6 범위의 부가물의 용액을 비이온성 고분자 수지 상에서 용출시키고, (c) 안토시아노시드-중아황산 부가물을 분리하고, 물과 섞이지 않는 용매로 안토시아노시드를 추출하는 단계로 구성되는, 식물, 식물의 일부분 또는 조 추출물로 부터 안토시아노시드를 다량 함유하는 추출물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출발 물질로 사용되는 식물, 식물의 일부분 또는 조추출물이 시아니딘, 델피니딘, 페튜니딘, 페오니딘 및 말비딘의 글리코시드를 함유하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 출발 물질로서 미르틸루스(Vaccinium myrtillus), 리베스 니그룸(Ribes nigrum), 포도(Vitis vinifera), 서양 딱총나무(Sambucus nigra)의 열매 또는 추출물이 사용되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 단계가 안토시아노시드 1몰당 중아황산 이온을 적어도 5몰 이상 함유하는 수용액중의 이산화황 또는 메타중아황산나트륨으로 식물, 식물의 일부분 또는 추출물을 처리함으로써 수행되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 처리가 20-30배 부피의 중아황산 용액으로 2 내지 4시간 동안 수행되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (b) 단계가 스티렌, 디비닐벤젠, 트리비닐벤젠, 아크릴비닐벤젠을 중합시킴으로써 얻어진 가교된 비이온성 수지를, 흡수하고자 하는 글리코실플라본 및 카텐킨성타닌 10g당 약 1ℓ의 양으로 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계(c)가, 수지로부터 용출된 수용액을 감압 하에 농축시키고, pH 1 내지 2의 범위로 산성화시키고, 불활성 기체를 버블링시키면서 물과 섞이지 않는 극성 유기용매로 추출하으로써 수행되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매가 부탄올 또는 아밀 알콜인 것이 특징인 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 추출물을 농축시키고, 동결 건조시키고, 분무 또는 비양성자성 용매로 침전시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항의 방법으로 얻어지는 추출물.
  11. 제10항의 추출물의 화장품 및 제약 제제의 제조용으로서의 용도.
  12. 제10항의 추출물과 적당한 담체와의 혼합물로 이루어진 제약 제재 및 화장품.
