Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 광학적 활성 화합물.
    상기식에서, A,B 및 C는 각각 독립적으로 비치환되거나, 할로겐, 시아노, 메틸 및/또는 메톡시에 의해 치환된 1,4-페닐렌(여기서, 1 또는 2개의 CH그룹은 질소에 의해 대체된다)이고; R1은 하이드록시 그룹 분해후의 광학적 활성 터펜알콜의 라디칼 또는 그룹 -(CH2)m-C*HX1-R3을 나타내며; R2는 하이드록시 그룹 분해후의 광학적 활성 터펜알콜의 라디칼 또는 그룹 -(CH2)n-C*HX2-R4를 나타내고; m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내며; C*는 키랄 탄소원자를 나타내고; X1및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 불소, 염소, 시아노, 메틸 도는 메톡시를 나타내며; R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 그룹 R, 페닐 또는 R에 의해 치환된 페닐을 나타내는데, 단 R3은 X1과 상이하고 R4는 X2와 상이하며; R은 임의로 1개의 메틸렌 그룹이 산소에 의해 대체되고/되거나 임의 로 1개의 그룹 CH-CH가 그룹 C=C에 의해 대체된 알킬 그룹을 나타내는데, 단 A,B 및 C가 함께 p-티페닐을 나태는 경우, R1및 R2는 동시에 2-알킬을 나타내지 않는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환 A,B 및 C가 각각 독립적으로 비치환되거나 할로겐, 시이노, 메틸 및/또는 메톡시에 의해 치환된 1,4-페닐렌을 나타내거나, 환 A,B 및 C중의 하나가 피리미딘-2,5-디일을 나타내는 광학적 활성 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Id)의 광학적 활성 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고; Y1및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 메틸 또는 메톡시를 나타내는데, 단 Y1및/또는 Y2는 R1및 R2가 모두 2-알킬을 나타내는 경우, 수소와 상이하다.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 그룹 -(CH2)m-C*HX1-R3[여기서, m은 0이고 X1은 시아노, 메틸 또는 메톡시이거나, m은 1이고 X1은 불소, 염소, 시아노, 메틸 또는 메톡시이다]를 나타내는 광학적 활성 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 그룹 -(CH2)n-C*HX2-R4[여기서, n은 0이고 X2는 시아노, 메틸 또는 메톡시이거나, n은 1이고 X2는 불소, 염소, 시아노, 메틸 또는 메톡시이다]를 나타내는 광학적 활성 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 알킬, 알케닐, 페닐, p-알킬페닐, p-알콕시페닐 또는 p-알케닐옥시페닐(여기서, 각각의 경우에 최대 탄소수는 15이다)을 나타내는 광학적 활성 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및/또는 R2가 메틸인 광학적 활성 화합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일한 광학적 활성 화합물.
  9. 적어도 하나의 성분이 제1항에서 정의한 일반식(I)의 광학적 활성 화합물인, 적어도 2개의 성분을 함유하는 액정 혼합물.
  10. 전자-광학적 목적으로 사용하기 위한, 제1항에서 정의한 일반식(I)의 광학적 활성 화합물의 용도.
