A process for prepg. liposome-contg. cosmetics comprises (a) adding phospholipides to bioactive substance soln. (useful for cosmetics, i.e. hyaluronic acid soln., hydrolyzed elastin, rosemary extracts, or these mixt.) with vigorously stirring or ultrasonic waves on a heater to form liposomes, (b) adding the phospholipide to the substance (i.e. perfume, useful vitamine) in a heat-stirrer to obtain fine- emulsion, (c) mixng the (a) and (b) soln. in a stirrer, and (d) adding stabilizer (i.e. PVA, carboxyvinyl polymer, hydroxyethyl celllose) to the mixt.
