제1도는 허니컴 코어체(honeycomb core body)의 외주면에 형성된 안일홈의 모양을 딴 요(凹))부를 도시한 본 발명의 배기가스 정화용 장치에 사용되는 허니컴 코어체의 사시도,
제2도는 본 발명의 첫 번째 실시예에 다른 배기가스 정화용 장치를 도시한 단편적인 종단면도,
제3도는 두 번째 실시예에 다른 수정된 정화용 장치를 도시한 제2도와 같은 종단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 배기가스 정화용 장치에 있어서, 박육강판으로 만들어진 평판상 밴드와 다른 박육강판으로 만들어진 파판상 밴드로 구성된 배기가스 정화용 촉매를 담지하기 위한 허니컴 코어체(1), 상기 평판상 밴드(11)과 상기 파판상 밴드(12)는 그의 중심축을 따라 많은 망사 패턴으로된 가스 흐름 통로(13)을 규정하는 와선형 또는 적층형으로 상호 겹쳐지고, 마주보는 양끝이 개방된 관모양의 금속 케이싱(2), 상기 관모양의 금속 케이싱(2)에 삽입되어 고정된 상기 허니컴 코어체(1) 상기 허니컴 코어체(1)의 마주보는 양 끝에 접촉하는 그의 한쌍의 가장자리 부분을 제외한 그이 외주면에 요부(14)를 갖는 상기 허니컴 코어체(1), 상기 요부(14)에 상기 관모양의 금속 케이싱(2)의 내면과 접촉하지 않는 상기 외주면으로 이루어진 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  2. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요부가 상기 허니컴 코어체(1)의 상기 외주면에 완곡하게 확장하는 하나 이상의 홈들(14)를 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  3. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈들(14,14',14'')의 각각의 배기가스 흐름 방향의 도면으로서 U자형, V자형 또는 직사각형의 단면을 가는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  4. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈들 (14)가 배기가스 호름방향으로 차례차례 점차적으로 증가하는 서로 다른 깊이를 갖는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  5. 특허청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홈들(14)가 배기가스 흐름방향으로 차례차례 점차적으로 증가하는 서로다른 깊이를 갖는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  6. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈들(14)가 배기가스 흐름방향으로 서로 다른 길이에서 서로 일정한 간격으로 있는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  7. 특허청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홈들이 배기가스 흐름 방향의 서로 다른 길이에서 서로 일정한 간격으로 있는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
  8. 특허청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홈들(14)가 배기가스 흐름방향의 서로 다른 길이에서 서로 일정한 간격으로 있는 배기가스 정화용 장치.
