Claims (5)
- 수지 트랜스퍼성형 예비성형을 위한 코어에 있어서, 상기 코어의 선택된 표면부위에 오목면을 가지며, 상기 코어는 여기에 고정 불임어 상기 오목면위에 볼록면을 형성하는 유연성있는 웨블을 포함하고, 상기 블록면은 실질적인 변형없이 상기 오목면으로 변형될 수 있으며, 장력하에서 상기 볼록면에 사용된 배향 연속섬유를 지지하기에 충분히 견고한 상기 볼록면을 가진 수지 트랜스퍼성형 예비성형을 위한 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 금속스크린, 플라스틱 스크린, 무공 플라스틱 시이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 구성되는 코어.
- 수지 트랜스퍼성형 방법을 위한 예비성형물에 있어서, 상기 예비성형물은 선택된 표면부위에 오목면을 갖는 코어와 섬유강화재료로 구성되며, 상기 코어는 여기에 고정불임되어 상기 오목면위에 볼록면을 형성하는 유연성있는 웨브을 포함하고, 상기 블록면은 실질적인 변형없이 상기 오목면으로 변형될 수 있고 장력하에서 상기 블록면에 사용된 배향 연속섬유를 지지하기에 충분히 견고하며, 상기 섬유강화재료는 상기 볼록면위에 위치한 배향연속섬유들로 구성되는 수지 트랜스퍼성형 방법을 위한 예비성형물.
- 표면에 오목면을 갖는 생성물을 얻기위한 수지 트랜스퍼 성형 예비성형물의 제조방법에 있어서, 배향연속섬유를 장력하에서 코어의 선택된 표면위에 높혀지게하고, 상기 선택된 표면은 오목면과 거기에 고정불임되어 상기 오목면위에 볼록면을 형성하며, 상기 블록면은 장력하에서 상기 선택된 표면에 놓여지는 동안 실질적인 변형없이 상기 오목면으로 변형될 수 있고, 또한 상기 배향연속섬유를 지지하기에 충분히 견고한 수지 트랜스퍼성형 예비성형물을 만드는 제조방법.
- 하기 단계(A)-(C)로 구성되는 수지 트랜스퍼 성형방법.(A) 선택된 표면부위에 오목면을 갖고 있으며, 코어에 고정불임되어 상기 오목면위에 블록면을 형성하는 유연성웨브로 구성되는 상기 코어와, 상기 볼록면위에 위치하는 배향 연속섬유로 구성되며, 상기 블록면과 상기 배향연속섬유 강화재료는 상기 오목면으로 변형될 수 있는 상기 섬유강화재료로 구성된 예비성형물을 수지 트랜스퍼 성형용구의 캐비티속에 집어 넣고 ; (B) 상기 성형용구를 상기 예비성형물위에 밀폐시켜 상기 성형용구로 상기 블록면과 상기 배향연속섬유에 압력을 가하여 상기 오목면쪽으로 향하도록 하고 ; (C) 수지를 상기 성형용구의 상기 캐비티 속으로 도입한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
