Claims (4)
- 티탄 합금 블레이드(1)상에 보호 피막을 피복시키는 방법에 있어서, 피복되어야 할 블레이드의 부분이 그의 상부에 배설되는 순수 바나듐 분말을 가지며 분말의 온도를 바나듐 층(6)을 형성하기 위해 바나듐의 용융점보다 약간 높은 온도로 상승시키고, 다음에, 볼균질 분말 혼합물을 바나듐 층(6)상에 배설하며, 상기 분말이, 특히 9% 내지 18%의 크롬을 포함하는 마르텐사이트 또는 오오스테나이트 스테인리스 강에 의해 결합된 중량비 약 1/3인 탄화 티탄, 질화 티탄, 또는 붕화 티탄으로 구성되며, 불균질 분말을 그의 용융 온도 보다는 높고 바나듐의 용융 온도 보다는 낮은 온도로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 0.1μm의 지격을 갖는 질화 티탄 또는 붕화 티탄의 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말들을 불활성 분위기 하에서 레이저 빔을 사용하여 분사하고 용융시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 티탄 합금 블레이드에 있어서, 그의 주연부 상에 적어도 1mm의 두께이고 마르텐사이트 또는 오오스테마르텐사이트 스테인리스 강에 의해 결합된 중량비 약 1/3의 탄화 티탄, 또는 질화 티탄 또는 붕화 티탄을 포함하는 피복층(5)를 포함하며, 상기 피복층(5)가 0.5mm 내지 1.5mm사이의 두께를 갖는 바나듐 하층(6)을 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄 합금 블레이드※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
