Claims (30)
- 로우브들에 의하여 둘러싸인 중심코어를 갖는 중합체입자들을 함유하는 수성 분산액으로 구성된,결합제나 도료 및 접착제 조성물에 유용한 멀티로우벌 중합체조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로우브들이 광학 현미경에 의하여 관찰가능한 크기의 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로우브들이 사산화루테늄 처리후 주사전자현미경에 의하여 관찰가능한 크기의 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어가 중화시 팽윤되어지는 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어가 카르복시산 기능기를 가진 불포화단량체를 포함하는 단량체조성물로부터 중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시산 기능기를 가진 불포와 단량체가 메타크릴산이나 아크릴산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 카르복시산 기능기를 가진 불포화 단량체가 코어 단량체 조성물의 1-100%를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 카르복시산 기능기를 가진 불포화 단량체가 코어 단량체 조성물의 20-50%를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어가 기능기를 가진 단량체들로 구성된 단량체 조성물로부터 중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어는 코어단량체조성물로부터 중합된 중합체이고,로우브들은 로우브형성 단량체조성물로부터 중합된 중합체이며, 상기 두가지 중합체는 0.05이상 차이가 나는 상호작용 파라이터를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체 입자들이 코어단량체 조성물의 중합에 의하여 중심코어를 형성하고 이어, 로우브구조의 유지를 위하여 충반한 계면활성제 존재하에서 로우브 형성 단량체 조성물을 중합하여 코어에 도입하는 방법에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가 로우브형성단량체 조성물의 부가동안 연속적으로 첨가되는 방법에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 로우브 형성단량체 조성물의 0.4~0.7wt%수준으로 첨가되는 방법에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 코어단량체 조성물이 0.01~10wt%의 교차결합성 단량체를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 교차결합성 단량체가 에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 알릴 메타크릴레이트 1,3-부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 디에티렌 글리콜 디메타크릴데이트, 트리메틸올 프로판 트리메타 크릴레이트 및 디비닐벤젠으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체입자들에 있어서 중심코어대 로우브 중량비가 1:2내지 1:500인것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체입자에 있어서, 로우브가 중심코어에 부착 내지 결합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어가 15℃이상의 유리전이온도를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 중심코어가 100℃이상의 유리전이온도를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심코어가 0.05-1.5미크론의 직경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로우브가 스티렌을 하뮤한 로우브형성 단량제조성물로부터 중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물,
- 제1항에 기재한 조성물을 포함하여 구성된 결합제 도료 또는 접착제 조성물.
- 제22항에 기재한 도료 조성물에 의하여 도포된 물품.
- 제22항에 기재한 접착제 조성물에 의하여 접착된 물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 통상의 결합제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 기존의 구상입자 조성물과 비교시 정해진 고체함량수준에서 향상된 필름성형성을 가지며 정해진 필름 형성수준에서 더낮은 고체함량을 필요로하는 결합제, 도료, 접착제 또는 그성분으로서의 제1항에 기재한 조성물의 용도.
- 기존의 구상입자 조성물에 비하여 향상된 습윤점착성을 갖는 접착제로서의 제1항에 기재한 조성물의 용도.
- 중심코어에 대한 중량비로 1이상되는 양의 로우브형성단량체조성물을 중심코어 입자상에서 중합생장시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재한 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 로우브형성 단량체 조성물의 공급개시후 반응이 계속되는 동안 구조를 유지시키기위하여 충분한 계면활성제를 첨가함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 로우브형성단량체조성물이 부가되는 동안 연속적으로 첨가됨을 특징으로하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
