Description

아연-니켈계 2층 전기도금강의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 : 5% 소금물 내에서 도금층중의 니켈함량에 따른 부식전위의 변화를 나타낸 그래프(기준전극 : 포화감흥전극).
제2도 : 5% 소금물내에서 냉연강판과 도금강판을 전기적으로 연결시켰을때 흐르는 방식전류 밀도에 따른 도금층 중 니켈함량을 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (1)

  1. 아연-니켈계 2층 전기도금강판을 제조하는데 있어서, 도금액중의 전체 금속이온농도를1.5-2.0mole/l 니켈이온의 몰비를 0.08-0.10 및 염소이온의 농도를 270/310g/l로하고, 도금액의 온도를 55-70℃, pH를 4.0-5.0 및 유속을 2.0m/sec 이상으로하여 먼저 80-140A/dm2의 전류밀도로 하층을 전기도금하고 다음에 10-30A/dm2의 전류밀도로 상층을 전기도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연-니켈계 2층 전기도금강판의 제조방법.
