Claims (7)

  1. 이소시아네이트 그룹이 더 이상 검출되지 않을때까지, 지금까지 사용되어 온, 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 가지고 있으며 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물에 기초를 둔폴리이소시아누레이트를(1) 지방족 모노―또는 폴리하이드록시카복실산 C1―C20―알킬 에스테르(중축합도 : 2 내지 50), (2) 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(분자량:500 내지 1500) 및 (3) 환(ring)에 적어도 하나의 질소원자를 함유하며 반응성 아미노 또는 하이드록시―C1―C20―알킬 그룹을 함유하는 5 또는 6원 포화 또는 불포화 헤테로사이클릭 화합물과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 활성 물질을 1 내지 20중량%로, 경우에 따라서는 끝처리 전, 중 또는 후에, 통상적이고 현대적인 특성의 "하이 솔리드"형태의 알키드/멜라민, 아크릴/멜라민, 아크릴레이트/이소시아네이트 또는 폴리에스테르/이소시아네이트 기조상의 페인트 계중에서 사용하기 위한, 유동성이 증진된 분만형 아조알료.
  2. 이소이아네이트 그룹이 더 이상 검출되지 않을 때가지, 톨루일렌 디이소시아테이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네티르 또는 이들의 혼합물 등의 폴리이소시아네이트를(1) 지방족 모노―또는 폴리하이드록시카복실산 C1―C20―알킬에스테르(증축합도:2 내지 50), (2) 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(분자량:500 내지 1500) 및 (3) 환내에 적어도 하나의 질소원자를 함유하며 반응성 아미노 또는 하이드록시―C1―C6―알킬 그룹을 함유하는 5 또는 6원 포화 또는 불포화 헤테로사이클릭 화합물과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 활성물질을 1내지 20중량%로―경우에 따라서는 끝처리 전, 중, 또한 후에―염기성 안료를 처리함을 특징으로하여 통상적이고 현대적인 특성의 "하이솔리드"형태의 알키드/멜라민, 아크릴/멜라민, 아크릴레이트/이소시아네이트 또는 폴리에스테르/이소시아네이트 기조상의 페인트계중에서 사용하기 위한, 유동성이 증진된 분말형 아조 안료를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 활성물질을 물에 불용성이거나 무한히 용해되지 않은 용매중에서 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 활성물질을 C4―C6지방족알콜, 방향족탄화수소, 할로겐화방향족, 니트로화방향족, 방향족 산의 에스테르 또는 방향족 에테르의 용액중에서 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 활성물질을 적어도 부분적으로 수―혼화성인 유기용매의 용액중에서 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 페이트 첨가제의 활성 물질을 에탄올, 프로판올, 에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 플로필렌글리콜, 글리콜모노―C1―C6―알킬에테르, 디글리콜모노―C1―C4―알킬에테르, 디글리콜 디메틸에테르, 에틸글리콜 아세테이트, 메틸글리콜아세테이트 부틸디글리콜아세테이트, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 디아세톤알콜, 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 디메틸포름아미드, 또는 N―메틸피롤리돈의 용액중에서 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 페인트 첨가제의 약염기성활성물질을 희석된 약산, 바람직하게는 아세트산 수용액 중에서 사용하는 방법.
