Claims (1)
- 찹쌀가루에 생강즙, 마늘즙, 설탕, 조미료 및 이스트 희석수를 9 : 1로 첨가하여 증기로 증자한 후 발효시켜 일정두께로 만든 찹쌍떡판(1)의 앞뒤면에, 해조류 및 야채류의 분말에 생강즙, 마늘즙, 설탕, 조미료 및 찹쌀풀을 9 : 1로 첨가반죽하여 일정두께로 만든 덮개판(2)(2')으로 압착 부착시켜서 40-50℃로 건조하여 수분의 함량이 10-15%인 개량 해대자반의 제조방법.
