드릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법 및 전조(轉造)다이스
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 내지 제28도는 본 발명의 실시예를 표시하는 것으로서, 제1도는 다이스의 중요부분 확대 사시도 제2도는 전극(공구)의 확대 사시도. 제3도는 방전가공의 설명도.

Claims (6)

  1. 제조된 드릴형상 절삭가공구의 드릴부 지름과 대략 동일한 지름을 보유하는 대략 기둥모양의 동체부(101)의 적어도 일부분에 흠모양의 요철을 형성하는 것에 의하여 대략 드릴 형상으로 형성된 방전부분을 갖춘 방전가공용 전극(106)을 준비하고, 이 전극(106)을 회전시키면서 전조다이스(201)와 평행하게 이동시키면서 방전하는 것에 의하여, 건조다이스에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)(16)(55)(85)를 형성하며, 이 전조다이스에 의하여 선재등의 피가공물을 전조하는것을 특징으로하는 들릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전극의 방전부분이 제조되는 드릴형상 절삭 가공구의 드릴부의 절삭홈(307) 및 랜드(309)의 각각 그 형상에 유사한 요철을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,전극의 방전부분이 제조되는 드릴형상 절삭 가공구의 드릴부의 절삭나사산(26)(44)(74)의 각각 그 형상에 유사한 요철을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제조되는 드릴형상 절삭가공구의 드릴부 지름과 대략 동일한 지름을 보유하는 대략 기둥모양 동체부(101)의 적어도 일부분에 홈모양의 요철을 형성하는 것에 의하여 대략 드릴형상으로 형성된 방전부분을 갖춘 방전가공용 전극(106)을 회전시키면서 다이스와 평행하게 이동시키는 것에 의하여, 상기한 전극(106)의 요철을 평면위에 반대로 전사한 다수의 요철(207)(208)(16)(55)(85)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조다이스.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 다이스 윗부분에 나사산 형성용 다수의 홈(15)(52)(82)(223)이 형성되고, 다이스아래부분에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)(16)(55)(85)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조다이스.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 전조다이스 아래부분에 경사면(204)(12)(54)(84)를 보유하는 제방부(203)(14)(53)(83)이 돌출형성되고, 최소한 경사면(204)(12)(54)(84)에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)(16)(55)(85)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조 다이스.
