도 2는 본원 발명에 따라 제조된 대식세포 유래 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)가 모유두 세포로 흡수되는지 확인하기 위해 형광 이미지로 분석한 결과이다.
도 3은 본원 발명에 따라 제조된 대식세포 유래 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)가 모유두 세포의 증식에 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 모유두 세포의 세포 증식의 변화를 분석한 결과이다.
도 4는 본원 발명에 따라 제조된 대식세포 유래 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)가 모발 유동성 단백질(A) 및 증식 마커(B)의 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과이다.

Claims (12)
- 대식세포 유래 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 모발 재생용 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포외 소포체 유사체는 135.51 nm 내지 261.5 nm 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포외 소포체 유사체는 막 결합 단백질인 CD63을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포외 소포체 유사체는 모유두 세포에서 β-카테닌(β-catenin), VRCN(Versican) 및 ALP의 수준을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포외 소포체 유사체는 모유두 세포에서 인산화 AKT(pAKT) 및 인산화 ERK(pERK)의 수준을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.

(c) 상등액을 회수하여 50,000 내지 150,000 g에서 30분 내지 90분 동안 원심분리하여 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 모발 재생용 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 대식세포를 모발 재생용 약물을 함유하는 용액에 혼합하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 재생용 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서, 상기 세포외 소포체 유사체(extracellular vesicle mimetics)를 0.45 μm 필터로 여과한 후에 원심분리로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 재생용 조성물의 제조 방법.
