Claims (20)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 위치하며, 제1 발광층과 제1 전자수송층을 포함하는 제1 발광부; 및
상기 제1 발광부 상에 위치하며, 제2 발광층과 제2 전자수송층을 포함하는 제2 발광부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 발광층은 청색 발광층이고, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 제1 전자수송층은 하기 E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 및 E10 중에서 하나인 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
[화학식 1]
상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 적어도 하나 이상의 방향족고리 또는 N, O, S, 및 Si 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 헤테로방향족고리 중 하나를 포함하는 고리 시스템이고, 고리 시스템은 탄소수 6 내지 60을 포함함.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 발광층은 전자 타입의 호스트와 정공 타입의 호스트를 포함하며, 상기 제1 발광층의 전자 타입의 호스트는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 발광층은 호스트 및 도펀트를 포함하고, 상기 호스트는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 발광부 위에 위치하며, 제3 발광층과 제3 전자수송층을 포함하는 제3 발광부를 더욱 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 발광층 및 상기 제3 발광층 중 적어도 하나는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 전자수송층 및 상기 제3 전자수송층 중 적어도 하나는 상기 E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 및 E10 중에서 하나인 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 발광층 및 상기 제3 발광층은 전자 타입의 호스트와 정공 타입의 호스트를 포함하며, 상기 제2 발광층 및 상기 제3 발광층 중 적어도 하나의 전자 타입의 호스트는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 양극 상에 위치하며, 발광층과 전자수송층을 포함하는 발광부; 및
상기 발광부 상에 위치하는 음극을 포함하며,
상기 발광층은 청색 발광층이고, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 전자수송층은 하기 E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 및 E10 중에서 하나인 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.

상기 발광부는, 제1 발광층과 제1 전자수송층을 포함하는 제1 발광부와, 제2 발광층과 제2 전자수송층을 포함하는 제2 발광부를 포함하고,
상기 제2 발광층은 옐로그린 발광층, 그린 발광층, 및 옐로그린 발광층과 그린 발광층 중 하나인 유기전계발광소자. - 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 발광부는, 제3 발광층과 제3 전자수송층을 포함하는 제3 발광부를 더욱 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 발광층은 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 제3 전자수송층은 상기 E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09 및 E10 중에서 하나인 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 발광층은 청색 발광층인 유기전계발광소자. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 발광층은 전자 타입의 호스트와 정공 타입의 호스트를 포함하며, 상기 제3 발광층의 전자 타입의 호스트는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 발광층은 호스트 및 도펀트를 포함하고, 상기 호스트는 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자. - 제3 항, 제8 항, 제11 항 또는 제18 항에 있어서,
상기 정공 타입의 호스트는 NPB(N,N'-bis-(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine), CBP(4,4'-bis(carbozol-9-yl-biphenyl), TPD(N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-N,N'-bis(phenyl)-benzidine), Spiro-TAD(2,2',7,7'-tetrakis(N,N-diphenylamino)-9,9'-spirofluorene) 및 MTDATA(4,4',4"-Tris(N-3-methylphenyl-N-phenyl-amino)-triphenylamine) 중에서 하나인 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
