Claims (14)
- 일단이 개구되어 디젤 발전설비에서 배출되는 배기가스가 유입되고 타단이 플러깅되며, 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수 개의 유입채널;
상기 유입채널과 인접하여 형성되며, 일단이 플러깅되고 타단이 개구되어 상기 배기가스로부터 입자상 물질 및 질소산화물을 포함하는 유해 성분이 제거된 처리가스가 배출되며, 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수 개의 배출채널; 및
상기 유입채널 및 배출채널 사이의 경계를 정의하고 길이 방향으로 연장되며, 상기 유입채널 및 유출채널을 유체적으로 연통하는 다공질 벽;을 포함하며,
상기 유입채널의 내벽 표면에는 제1 촉매층이 형성되고,
상기 배출채널의 내벽 표면에는 제2 촉매층 및 상기 제2 촉매층 표면에 제1 촉매층이 형성된 복합촉매층을 포함하고,
상기 배출채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 복합촉매층의 제1 촉매층은 코팅량이 증가하고, 상기 제2 촉매층은 코팅량이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 제1 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 증가 또는 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 복합촉매층의 제1 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 증가하고, 상기 제2 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 촉매층은 지지체에 담지된 제1 활성성분을 포함하며,
상기 제1 활성성분은 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 로듐(Rh) 및 세륨(Ce) 중 하나 이상 포함하며,
상기 지지체는 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 및 제올라이트(zeolite) 중 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 촉매는 지지체에 담지된 제2 활성성분 및 조촉매를 포함하며,
상기 제2 활성성분은 바나듐(V), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe) 및 티타늄(Ti) 중 하나 이상 포함하고,
상기 조촉매는 마그네슘(Mg) 및 텅스텐(W) 중 하나 이상 포함하며,
상기 지지체는 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 제올라이트(zeolite) 및 지르코니아 중 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 촉매 및 제2 촉매의 비표면적은 각각 70m2/g 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 벽은 실리콘카바이드(silicon carbide), 알루미늄 티타네이트(aluminum titanate) 및 코디어라이트(codierite) 중 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치.
- 일단이 개구되어 디젤 발전설비에서 배출되는 배기가스가 유입되고 타단이 플러깅되며, 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수 개의 유입채널, 상기 유입채널과 인접하여 형성되며, 일단이 플러깅되고 타단이 개구되어 상기 배기가스로부터 입자상 물질 및 질소산화물을 포함하는 유해 성분이 제거된 처리가스가 배출되며, 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수 개의 배출채널 및 상기 유입채널 및 배출채널 사이의 경계를 정의하고 길이 방향으로 연장되며, 상기 유입채널 및 유출채널을 유체적으로 연통하는 다공질 벽을 포함하며, 상기 유입채널 내벽 표면에는 제1 촉매층이 형성되는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법이며,
상기 배출채널의 내벽 표면에 제2 촉매코팅제를 도포 및 경화하여 제2 촉매층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 촉매층 표면에 제1 촉매코팅제를 도포 및 경화하여 제1 촉매층을 형성하여 복합촉매층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 배출채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 복합촉매층의 제1 촉매층은 코팅량이 증가하고, 상기 제2 촉매층은 코팅량이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유입채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 제1 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 증가 또는 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 배출채널 내벽의 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 상기 복합촉매층의 제1 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 증가하고, 상기 제2 촉매층은 두께, 비표면적 및 밀도 중 하나 이상이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 촉매코팅제는 제1 활성성분, 지지체 및 용제를 포함하고,
상기 제1 활성성분은 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 로듐(Rh) 및 세륨(Ce) 중 하나 이상 포함하고,
상기 지지체는 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 및 제올라이트(zeolite) 중 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 촉매코팅제는 제2 활성성분, 조촉매, 지지체 및 용제를 포함하고,
상기 제2 활성성분은 바나듐(V), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe) 및 티타늄(Ti) 중 하나 이상 포함하고,

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 촉매코팅제 및 제2 촉매코팅제는 각각 300~600℃에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤분진필터 장치의 복합촉매층 형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 디젤분진필터 장치를 포함하는 배기가스 정화장치.
