The vehicle tinting regulator also can regulate a tinting concentration of a vehicle by using a vehicle tinting regulating sensor and fix the tinted film by using vehicle glass. Therefore, the vehicle tinting regulator can solve an existing problem in which a user cannot arbitrarily regulate the tinting concentration of the vehicle. In other words, the vehicle tinting regulator comprises: the tinting regulating unit comprising a button to regulate tinting for a vehicle; the tinted film formed between the vehicle glass to block the light; the vehicle tinting regulating sensor having a system for regulating tinting to regulate the tinting concentration of the vehicle; and the vehicle glass same as the glass of a general vehicle to fix the tinted film.
