Claims (23)
- 재구성 장치이며:
제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제1 천공 부재로서, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부는 투약 포트와 결합되도록 구성되고, 상기 제1 천공 부재는 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부까지 연장되는 제1 유체 경로를 포함하는, 제1 천공 부재; 및
수용부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는
병과 결합되도록 구성된 칼라, 및
상기 칼라로부터 연장되고 제2 천공 부재를 유지하는 캡을 포함하고, 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 상기 칼라 내에 배치되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡이 칼라와 일체로 형성되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
칼라는 원통형이고, 병과 동심적으로 결합되도록 구성되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 상기 병 내로 연장되도록, 그리고 상기 제1 천공 부재가 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부까지 연장되는 제2 유체 경로를 통해서 상기 병과 유체 연통되도록, 상기 칼라가 상기 병과 결합되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투약 포트가 정맥("IV") 백 포트이고, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부는, 제1 천공 부재를 상기 IV 백 포트와 유체 연통되게 배치하기 위해서 상기 IV 백 포트를 천공하도록 구성되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
IV 라인을 더 포함하고, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부가 상기 IV 라인에 연결되도록 구성되는, 재구성 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 천공 부재가 상기 제1 유체 경로를 통해서 상기 IV 라인과 유체 연통되고, 상기 제2 천공 부재는, 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부까지 연장되는 제3 유체 경로를 통해서 상기 IV 라인과 유체 연통되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
제거 가능 멤브레인 또는 천공 가능 멤브레인과 같은, 멤브레인을 더 포함하는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
동작 위치에 배치될 때, 상기 제1 천공 부재 및 상기 제2 천공 부재의 각각이 수직으로 배향되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 상기 투약 포트와 일체로 형성되는, 재구성 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 투약 포트가 IV 용액 컨테이너에 연결되는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부, 및 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부 중 적어도 하나가 주사기 바늘 또는 플라스틱 스파이크를 포함하거나 형성하는, 재구성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 병이 초기에 밀봉되고 진공 하에 있는, 재구성 장치. - 재구성 시스템이며:
약물 병;
유체 컨테이너; 및
재구성 장치를 포함하고,
상기 재구성 장치는:
제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제1 천공 부재로서, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부는 유체 컨테이너와 결합되도록 구성되고 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부는 IV 라인과 결합되도록 구성되며, 상기 유체 컨테이너 내의 유체가 상기 IV 라인과 연통될 수 있도록, 상기 제1 천공 부재는 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부까지 연장되는 제1 유체 경로를 포함하는, 제1 천공 부재; 및
수용부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는
약물 병과 결합되도록 구성된 칼라, 및
상기 칼라로부터 연장되고 제2 천공 부재를 유지하는 캡을 포함하고, 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 칼라 내에 배치되는, 재구성 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 상기 약물 병 내로 연장되도록, 그리고 상기 제1 천공 부재가 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부까지 연장되는 제2 유체 경로를 통해서 상기 약물 병과 유체 연통되도록, 상기 칼라가 상기 약물 병과 결합되는, 재구성 시스템. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2 천공 부재는, 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부로부터 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부까지 연장되는 제3 유체 경로를 통해서 상기 IV 라인과 유체 연통되는, 재구성 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 약물 병은 의약제 또는 영양 보충제 중 하나를 포함하는, 재구성 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 약물 병이 초기에 밀봉되고 진공 하에 있는, 재구성 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 IV 라인과 동작 가능하게 연통되는 주입 펌프를 더 포함하는, 재구성 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 약물 병이 자외선("UV") 광 차단 재료로 형성되는, 재구성 시스템. - 약물 재구성 방법이며:
제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 유체 컨테이너와 결합될 수 있게 하는 단계;
IV 유체가 상기 유체 컨테이너로부터 약물 병까지 연장되는 제2 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 약물 병과 결합될 수 있게 하는 단계;
혼합된 약물이 상기 약물 병으로부터 IV 라인까지 연장되는 제3 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 혼합된 약물을 형성하기 위해서 상기 IV 유체를 상기 약물 병 내에 위치된 제제와 혼합할 수 있게 하는 단계; 및
IV 유체가 상기 유체 컨테이너로부터 IV 라인까지 연장되는 제1 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부가 IV 라인과 결합될 수 있게 하는 단계를 포함하는, 약물 재구성 방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
상기 IV 유체 및 혼합된 약물이 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부로부터 상기 IV 라인까지 동시에 유동할 수 있게 하는 단계를 포함하는, 약물 재구성 방법. - 재구성 장치이며:
제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제1 천공 부재로서, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제1 단부는 유체 컨테이너와 결합되게 구성되고, IV 유체가 상기 유체 컨테이너로부터 IV라인까지 연장되는 제1 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부가 IV 라인과 결합되게 구성되는, 제1 천공 부재; 및
제1 단부를 가지는 제2 천공 부재로서, IV 유체가 상기 유체 컨테이너로부터 약물 병까지 연장되는 제2 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 상기 제2 천공 부재의 제1 단부가 약물 병과 결합되도록 구성되는, 제2 천공 부재를 포함하고,
혼합된 약물이 상기 약물 병으로부터 상기 IV 라인까지 연장되는 제3 유체 경로를 따라서 유동할 수 있도록, 그에 따라 상기 IV 유체 및 혼합된 약물이 상기 제1 천공 부재의 제2 단부로부터 상기 IV 라인까지 동시에 유동할 수 있도록, 혼합된 약물을 형성하기 위해서 상기 IV 유체가 상기 약물 병 내에 위치된 제제와 혼합되는, 재구성 장치.
