- 태양 전지가 내장된 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지의 충전 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 충전 제어를 위한 시스템의 각 제어 유닛에 의해,
솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 송신하는 단계;
전장 부하를 연산하는 단계;
상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 높은지의 여부를 판정하는 단계;
상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 높은 경우에 고전압 컨버터의 출력을 지시하는 단계;
상기 고전압 컨버터의 출력 지시에 따라 고전압이 출력되는 경우에 고전압 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부를 판단하며, 가변 전압 제어를 수행하는 단계; 및
상기 고전압 배터리가 충전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 고전압 배터리의 충전 제어를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 낮은 경우에 저전압 컨버터의 출력을 지시하는 단계;
상기 저전압 컨버터의 출력 지시에 따라 저전압이 출력되는 경우에 저전압 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 저전압 배터리가 충전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 저전압 배터리의 충전 제어를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고전압 배터리가 방전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 고전압 배터리의 방전 제어를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 저전압 배터리가 방전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 저전압 배터리의 방전 제어를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
차량 구동 상태에 따라 상기 컨버터에 대한 전압 출력 지시 여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 솔라 루프를 이용한 고전압 및 저전압 배터리의 충전이 불가능하다고 판단하는 경우에, 자체적인 저전압 배터리 충전 전략으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고전압 또는 저전압 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부는 배터리의 충전량, 에너지의 추정, 배터리의 입출력 전류, 및 전압 센싱에 따라 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 태양 전지가 내장된 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템에 있어서,
솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 송신하는 제1 제어 유닛;
상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 수신하고, 전장 부하를 연산하고, 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 높은지의 여부를 판정하며, 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 높은 경우에 상기 제1 제어 유닛에 고전압 컨버터의 출력을 지시하는 제2 제어 유닛; 및
상기 제1 제어 유닛에서 고전압이 출력되는 경우에 상기 고전압 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부를 판단하며, 상기 고전압 배터리가 충전 상태라고 판단되는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 고전압 배터리의 충전 제어를 수행하는 제3 제어 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 제1 제어 유닛에서 고전압이 출력되는 경우에 상기 제2 제어 유닛은 가변 전압 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량이 상기 전장 부하보다 낮은 경우에 상기 제2 제어 유닛이 상기 제1 제어 유닛에 저전압 컨버터의 출력을 지시하고, 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 가변 전압 제어를 수행하고;
상기 제1 제어 유닛에서 저전압이 출력되는 경우에 상기 제3 제어 유닛이 상기 저전압 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부를 판단하며,
상기 제3 제어 유닛이 상기 저전압 배터리가 충전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 저전압 배터리의 충전 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 제어 유닛이 상기 고전압 배터리가 방전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 고전압 배터리의 방전 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 제어 유닛이 상기 저전압 배터리가 방전 상태라고 판단하는 경우에 상기 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 에너지량을 고려한 상기 저전압 배터리의 방전 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 제어 유닛은 솔라 루프에서 발생하는 전력 에너지를 전력 변환하며, 고전압 컨버터 및 저전압 컨버터를 포함하는 SDC(Solar DC-DC Converter) 컨버터를 제어하는 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 제어 유닛은 고전압 배터리에서 출력된 전력 에너지를 저전압 배터리로 DC 컨버팅하는 전력 변환 장치를 제어하는 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 제어 유닛은 차량 구동 상태에 따라 상기 제1 제어 유닛의 컨버터에 대한 전압 출력 지시 여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 제어 유닛에서 상기 솔라 루프를 이용한 고전압 및 저전압 배터리의 충전이 불가능하다고 판단하는 경우에, 상기 제2 제어 유닛은 자체적인 저전압 배터리 충전 전략으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 제어 유닛은 배터리의 충전량, 에너지의 추정, 배터리의 입출력 전류, 및 전압 센싱에 따라 배터리가 충전 상태인지의 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 솔라 루프 에너지의 충전 제어 시스템.
