Description
도 2는 가열 롤을 이용한 건조 수축 처리의 일례를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 3은 실시예 및 비교예에서 얻어진 편광막의 단체 투과율과 파장 210nm에서의 단위 흡광도와의 관계를 비교하여 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 요오드를 포함하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름으로 구성되고, 두께가 8㎛ 이하이며, 또한 파장 210nm에서의 두께 1㎛당의 직교 흡광도가 1.00 이하인, 편광막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
파장 470nm에서의 직교 흡광도 A470과 파장 600nm에서의 직교 흡광도 A600과의 비(A470/A600)가 0.7∼2.00인, 편광막. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
직교 b 값이 -10보다 크고 +10 이하인, 편광막. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두께가 4㎛ 이하인, 편광막. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 파장 210nm에서의 두께 1㎛당의 직교 흡광도가 0.60 이하인, 편광막. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
요오드 농도가 3.0중량% 이상인, 편광막. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단체 투과율이 42.5% 이상인, 편광막. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광막과, 상기 편광막의 적어도 한쪽 측에 배치된 보호층을 갖는, 편광판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광막의 제조 방법으로서,
장척상의 열가소성 수지 기재의 편측에 요오드화물 또는 염화 나트륨과 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하여 적층체로 하는 것, 및
상기 적층체에 공중 보조 연신 처리와, 염색 처리와, 수중 연신 처리와, 길이 방향으로 반송하면서 가열함으로써, 폭 방향으로 2% 이상 수축시키는 건조 수축 처리를 이 순서대로 실시하는 것을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 요오드화물이 요오드화 칼륨인, 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층에서의 상기 요오드화 칼륨의 함유량이, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 5중량부∼20중량부인, 제조 방법. - 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 건조 수축 처리가 가열 롤을 이용하여 행하여지는, 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 가열 롤의 온도가 60℃∼120℃인, 제조 방법.
