도 2의 (a) 및 (b)는 도 1에 도시하는 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 연속을 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.
도 3의 (a) 및 (b)는 도 2에 도시하는 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 연속을 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.
도 4의 (a)∼(c)는 도 3에 도시하는 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 연속을 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.
도 5의 (a)∼(d)는 본 발명의 다른 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 일례를 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.
도 6의 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명의 점착층 구비 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 일례를 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.
도 7의 (a)∼(e)는 본 발명과는 다른 광학 적층체의 제조 공정의 일례를 모식적으로 도시하는 개략 단면도이다.

Claims (12)
- 광학 필름, 제1 접착제 경화층, 제1 액정층, 접착층 및 제2 액정층이 이 순서로 적층된 광학 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 접착층은 제1 점착층 또는 제2 접착제 경화층이고,
제1 기재층과, 상기 제1 기재층 상에서 중합성 액정 화합물을 중합하여 형성한 상기 제1 액정층을 갖는 기재층 구비 제1 액정층을 준비하는 공정과,
제2 기재층과, 상기 제2 기재층 상에서 중합성 액정 화합물을 중합하여 형성한 상기 제2 액정층을 갖는 기재층 구비 제2 액정층을 준비하는 공정과,
상기 제1 접착제 경화층을 통해 상기 기재층 구비 제1 액정층의 상기 제1 액정층 측에 상기 광학 필름을 적층하여 기재층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정과,
상기 기재층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체로부터 상기 제1 기재층을 박리하여 제1 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정과,
상기 제1 기재층을 박리함으로써 노출된 상기 제1 액정층 적층체의 제1 노출면 측과 상기 제2 액정층이 상기 접착층을 통해 대향하도록 상기 제1 액정층 적층체와 상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층을 적층하여 제2 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정은,
상기 광학 필름 및 상기 기재층 구비 제1 액정층의 상기 제1 액정층 측의 적어도 한쪽에, 상기 제1 접착제 경화층을 형성하기 위한 제1 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 제1 접착제 조성물층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제1 접착제 조성물층을 통해 상기 기재층 구비 제1 액정층의 상기 제1 액정층 측에 상기 광학 필름을 적층한 후, 상기 제1 접착제 조성물층을 경화하여 상기 제1 접착제 경화층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 상기 제1 점착층이고,
상기 제2 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정은,
상기 제1 액정층 적층체의 상기 제1 노출면 상에 상기 제1 점착층을 형성하여 점착층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정과,
상기 점착층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체의 상기 제1 점착층과 상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층의 상기 제2 액정층을 접합하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 점착층 구비 제1 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정은,
상기 제1 점착층과 제1 박리층이 적층된 박리층 구비 제1 점착층을 준비하는 공정과,
상기 박리층 구비 제1 점착층의 상기 제1 점착층과 상기 제1 액정층 적층체의 상기 제1 노출면을 접합한 후, 상기 제1 박리층을 박리하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 상기 제1 점착층이고,
상기 제2 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정은,
상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층의 상기 제2 액정층 상에 상기 제1 점착층을 형성하여 점착층 구비 제2 액정층을 얻는 공정과,
상기 점착층 구비 제2 액정층의 상기 제1 점착층과 상기 제1 액정층 적층체의 상기 제1 노출면을 접합하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 점착층 구비 제2 액정층을 얻는 공정은,
상기 제1 점착층과 제1 박리층이 적층된 박리층 구비 제1 점착층을 준비하는 공정과,
상기 박리층 구비 제1 점착층의 상기 제1 점착층과 상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층의 상기 제2 액정층을 접합한 후, 상기 제1 박리층을 박리하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 상기 제2 접착제 경화층이고,
상기 제2 액정층 적층체를 얻는 공정은,
상기 제1 액정층 적층체의 상기 제1 노출면 측 및 상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층의 상기 제2 액정층 측 중의 적어도 한쪽에, 상기 제2 접착제 경화층을 형성하기 위한 제2 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 제2 접착제 조성물층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제2 접착제 조성물층을 통해 상기 제1 노출면과 상기 제2 액정층이 대향하도록 상기 제1 액정층 적층체와 상기 기재층 구비 제2 액정층을 적층한 후, 상기 제2 접착제 조성물층을 경화하여 상기 제2 접착제 경화층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름은 편광판을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름은, 편광판의 적어도 한 면에 프로텍트 필름이 적층된 프로텍트 필름 구비 편광판을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 액정층 적층체로부터 상기 제2 기재층을 박리하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 광학 필름, 제1 접착제 경화층, 제1 액정층, 접착층, 제2 액정층 및 제2 점착층이 이 순서로 적층된 점착층 구비 광학 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
제10항에 기재한 광학 적층체의 제조 방법으로 제조된 광학 적층체를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 제2 기재층을 박리함으로써 노출된 상기 광학 적층체의 제2 노출면 측에 상기 제2 점착층을 적층하는 공정을 포함하는, 점착층 구비 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제2 점착층을 적층하는 공정은,
상기 제2 점착층과 제2 박리층이 적층된 박리층 구비 제2 점착층을 준비하는 공정과,
상기 박리층 구비 제2 점착층의 상기 제2 점착층과 상기 광학 적층체의 상기 제2 노출면을 접합하는 공정을 포함하는, 점착층 구비 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
