Claims (8)
- 입력축과,
상기 입력축에 직교하는 방향으로 연장되는 나사축과,
상기 나사축을 둘러싸는 환상을 이루고, 상기 입력축으로부터 입력된 동력에 의해서 상기 나사축의 축 회전으로 회전하는 전동 부재와,
상기 나사축에 취부되고, 상기 전동 부재로부터 전달된 동력에 의해서 회전하는 너트
를 구비하고,
상기 너트는, 상기 나사축 및 입력축에 직교하는 축 상에 배치되고,
상기 너트에 칼날이 형성되고,
상기 너트의 축 방향으로 상기 칼날을 협지하고, 상기 전동 부재로부터 상기 너트에 동력을 전달하는 허브를 구비하는
전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 허브는 통상을 이루고,
상기 허브의 내주면에 상기 칼날이 삽입되는 제1 홈이 형성되는
전동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 허브의 외주면에 상기 전동 부재가 삽입되는 제2 홈이 형성되는
전동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 허브를 지지하고, 상기 나사축의 축 방향으로 병설된 복수의 베어링을 구비하고,
상기 베어링 사이의 축 방향 거리는, 상기 베어링의 직경보다 작은
전동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 나사축, 너트, 전동 부재 및 입력축을 수용하는 케이스와,
상기 케이스를 대상물에 취부하기 위한 취부반
을 구비하는 전동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 취부반에 복수의 나사공이 상기 나사축의 축 둘레에 나란하게 있는
전동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 케이스의 외면에 압력 조정 밸브가 설치되고,
상기 압력 조정 밸브에 대향하여, 윤활액의 유출을 방해하는 차폐부가 상기 케이스의 내측에 설치되는
전동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입력축은 웜 기어를 갖고,
상기 전동 부재는 웜 휠을 갖고,
상기 웜 기어 및 웜 휠과, 상기 나사축 및 너트 사이에 씰재가 설치되는
전동장치.
