Abstract
Description
도 1은 H2-SCR 및 DOC 촉매가 단일 촉매 물품에서 조합된 본 발명의 실시양태에 따른 배출물 처리 시스템을 도시한다.
도 2는 H2-SCR 및 DOC 촉매 물품이 별도의 것인 본 발명의 실시양태에 따른 배출물 처리 시스템을 도시한다.
도 3은 H2-SCR 물품 및 LNT 물품을 포함하는 본 발명의 실시양태에 따른 배출물 처리 시스템을 도시한다.
도 4는 공급 조건 및 Pt/Pd 비의 함수로서 125℃, 1% H2에서 H-Y 지지된 Pt/Pd 촉매의 몇몇 실시양태에 대한 NOx 전환율을 도시한다.
도 5는, 공급물 1을 사용한, 반응 온도의 함수로서의 H-Y 지지된 Pt/Pd 촉매의 몇몇 예시적인 실시양태에 대한 NOx 전환율을 도시한다.

Claims (31)
- 수소 발생기; 및
기재 및 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품; 및
(a) 디젤 산화 촉매(DOC) 촉매 조성물; 및 (b) 린(lean) NOx 트랩(LNT) 조성물 중 하나 이상
을 포함하는, NOx 화합물을 선택적으로 환원시키는 배출물 처리 시스템으로서, 이때
수소 발생기는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품과 유체 연통되고 그의 상류에 위치되며,
LNT 조성물이 존재하는 경우, 상기 시스템은, 기재 및 상기 LNT 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 린 NOx 트랩(LNT) 촉매 물품을 포함하며, 상기 LNT 촉매 물품은 H2-SCR 촉매 물품과 유체 연통되고 그의 하류에 위치되고,
DOC 촉매 조성물이 존재하는 경우, DOC 촉매 조성물은 (1) H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역 및 DOC 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역을 가진, H2-SCR 촉매 물품 상의 구역화된 촉매 코팅에 존재하거나, (2) DOC 촉매 조성물 및 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는, H2-SCR 촉매 물품 상의 혼합된 촉매 코팅에 존재하거나, (3) DOC 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 하부층 및 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상부층을 가진, H2-SCR 촉매 상의 층형 촉매 코팅에 존재하거나, 또는 (4) 기재 및 DOC 촉매 조성물을 포함하며, H2-SCR 촉매 물품과 유체 연통되고 그의 하류에 위치되는, 별도의 DOC 촉매 물품 상에 존재하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
구역화된 촉매 코팅, 혼합된 촉매 코팅 또는 층형 촉매 코팅 중 어느 하나에 존재하거나, 별도의 DOC 촉매 물품의 상류에 있는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품 상에 존재하거나, 별도의 DOC 촉매 물품 상에 존재하는 저온 NOx 흡착제(LTNA) 촉매 조성물을 추가로 포함하는 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
구역화된 촉매 코팅에서, LTNA 촉매 조성물은 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역에 혼입되거나, DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역에 혼입되거나, H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역과 DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역 사이의 중간 구역에 위치되는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
기재 및 LTNA 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 저온 NOx 흡착제(LTNA) 촉매 물품을 더 포함하며, 상기 LTNA 촉매 물품은 상기 H2-SCR 촉매 물품 및 상기 수소 발생기와 유체 연통되는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
LTNA 촉매 물품은 H2-SCR 촉매 물품의 하류에 위치되거나 또는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품 및 수소 발생기의 상류에 위치되는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상류에서 하류 쪽으로 촉매 물품의 순서는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품, LTNA 촉매 물품 및 DOC 촉매 물품인, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상류에서 하류 쪽으로 촉매 물품의 순서는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품, DOC 촉매 물품 및 LTNA 촉매 물품인, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상류에서 하류 쪽으로 촉매 물품의 순서는 LTNA 촉매 물품, H2-SCR 촉매 물품 및 DOC 촉매 물품인, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
촉매작용(catalytic) 매연 필터(CSF); 선택적 접촉 환원(SCR) 촉매; 암모니아 산화 촉매(AMOX); 또는 이들의 조합을 추가로 포함하는 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
SCR 촉매가 베이스 금속-함유 8-고리 소공극 분자체를 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
SCR 촉매가 철 및/또는 구리 함유 8-고리 소공극 분자체를 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
분자체가, AEI, AFT, AFX, CHA, EAB, ERI, KFI, LEV, SAS, SAT 및 SAV로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 구조를 갖는 제올라이트인, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
분자체가 CHA 결정 구조를 갖는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수소 발생기는 온 보드(on board) 수소, 알콜 개질로부터 생성된 수소, 암모니아 분해로부터 생성된 수소, 연료 개질로부터 생성된 수소 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
LNT 촉매 조성물은, 내화성 금속 산화물 지지체 상에 분산된 NOx 흡착제 및 백금족 금속 성분을 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
H2-SCR 촉매 물품은 밀착-결합되어 있는(close coupled), 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
H2-SCR 촉매 조성물은, 금속 산화물 또는 제올라이트 지지체 상에 지지된 백금족 금속 성분을 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
백금족 금속 성분은 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 조합물인, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
백금족 금속 성분은, 제올라이트의 수소 형태 또는 지르코니아, 티타니아, 마그네시아 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속 산화물에 지지되는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - H2-SCR 촉매 조성물 및 임의적으로 디젤 산화 촉매(DOC) 조성물을 포함하는 촉매 코팅을 상부에 갖는 기재를 포함하는 촉매 물품으로서,
상기 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물은, 금속 산화물 또는 제올라이트 지지체 상에 지지된 백금족 금속 성분을 포함하는, 촉매 물품. - 제 20 항에 있어서,
(1) DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하부층 및 H2-SCR 조성물을 포함하는 상부층을 포함하는 층형 촉매 코팅; 또는
(2) H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역 및 DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역을 포함하는 구역화된 촉매 코팅; 또는
(3) H2-SCR 조성물 및 DOC 조성물을 포함하는 혼합된 촉매 코팅
중 어느 하나를 포함하는 촉매 물품. - 제 20 항에 있어서,
백금족 금속 성분이 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 조합물인, 촉매 물품. - 제 20 항에 있어서,
백금족 금속 성분이, 제올라이트의 수소 형태 또는 지르코니아, 티타니아, 마그네시아 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속 산화물에 지지되는, 촉매 물품. - 제 21 항에 있어서,
구역화된 촉매 코팅이 저온 NOx 흡착제(LTNA) 촉매 조성물 구역을 추가로 포함하고, 이때
LTNA 촉매 조성물 구역이, H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역에 혼입되거나, 또는 LTNA 촉매 조성물 구역이, DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역에 혼입되거나, 또는 LTNA 촉매 조성물 구역이, H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 상류 구역과 DOC 조성물을 포함하는 하류 구역 사이의 중간 구역에 위치되는, 촉매 물품. - 제 21 항에 있어서,
층형 촉매 코팅이 LTNA 촉매 조성물 층을 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 물품. - 제 21 항에 있어서,
혼합된 촉매 코팅은 LTNA 촉매 조성물을 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 물품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 배출물 처리 시스템에 배기 스트림을 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는, NOx를 함유하는 배기 스트림의 처리 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,
배기 스트림은 약 200℃ 이하, 약 175℃ 이하, 약 150℃ 이하, 약 125℃ 이하 또는 약 100℃ 이하의 온도를 갖는, 처리 방법. - NOx를 함유하는 배기 스트림의 처리 방법으로서,
배기 스트림에 수소 가스를 도입하여 수소-처리된 배기 스트림을 형성하는 단계; 및
수소-처리된 배기 스트림을, 기재 및 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 H2-SCR 촉매 물품을 포함하는 배출물 처리 시스템에 통과시키는 단계로서, 상기 H2-SCR 촉매 조성물은, 금속 산화물 또는 제올라이트에 지지된 백금족 금속 성분을 포함하는 것인, 단계
를 포함하는 처리 방법. - 제 29 항에 있어서,
백금족 금속 성분이 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 조합물인, 처리 방법. - 제 29 항에 있어서,
