Claims (1)
- 양망장치베드(101)의 일측에 설치되는 기어박스(102)와, 기어박스의 전면 상측 선단에 아이들링설치된 복렬체인기어(103)와, 기어박스 외측 하부에 설치된 유압모터(도시되지 않았음)의 출력부인 양망드럼축(104)이 기어박스 상측 양방으로 인출되어 일축에는 양망드럼(105)이 축설되어 양망드림지지대(106)의 양망드럼축베어링(107)에 설치되며, 타축에는 스퍼기어를 체결해 복렬체인기어로 구동력을 전달시키는 유압모터출력체인(108)을 설치하며,기어박스 전면에는 메인클러치레버(109)가 설치되는 공지의 양망장치 본체(100)에 있어서,
상기 양망드럼(105)과 기어박스(102) 선측에 설치되는 트래버스캠유니트(200)의 트래버스캠(202)은 일단의 트래버스캠축(202')은 양망드럼(107)이 설치된 양망드럼지지대(105)의 하측 전면에 설치되는 제1트래버스축베어링(201a)에; 타단의 트래버스캠축(202")은 기어박스(102) 하측 전측의 제2트래버스캠축베어링(201b)에 설치해 원통형 트래버스슬라이더블럭(203)을 축설시키며, 트래버스슬라이더블럭 하측편에는 트래버스캠축나선홈을 따라 선형이동되도록 트래버스돌기(204)와 코일스프링(205)을 차례로 끼우고 코일스프링캡(206)을 볼트조립시킨 트래버스돌기하우징(207)을 정착시키고, 트래버스슬라이더블럭 상측편에는 로라베이스(208)가 정착시켜, 양망드럼측의 로라베이스 선단에는 분리경첩핀(209')이 분리되는 분할경첩(209)을; 타단에는 고정경첩핀(210')으로 절첩되는 힌지경첩(210)이 조립된 로라힌지베이스(211)를 정착시키며, 분할경첩측의 로라힌지베이스의 상단 양측에는 일정거리로 배치 정착시킨 수직로라회전축(211')에 한쌍의 수직로라(211")를 축설하며, 일단의 수직로라회전축 상단에서는 피봇되게 타단의 수직로라회전축 상단에서는 분리되게 콤비네이션스패너 형상의 수직로라잠금쇠(212)를 로라잠금너트(212')로 조립설치하며, 힌지경첩이 설치되는 로라힌지베이스 상측단에는 수평로라(213)를 아이들링설치하며, 트래버스슬라이더블럭 하측방에 정착시킨 슬라이더블럭회전방지편(214)은 트래버스축과 일정 간격 배치되고 양단이 고정된 안내축(215)에 지지시키며, 상기 제2트래버스캠축베어링(201b)에 축설되어 돌출되는 트래버스캠축(202") 선단은 스플라인축부(216)와 클러치붙이체인기어축(217)을 길이방향으로 일체 형성시켜, 스플라인축부에는 트래버스클러치레버(218)로 절환되는 종동클러치(219')를; 클러치붙이체인기어축에는 원동클러치(219") 내경부에 복렬베어링(220)을 내경키(220')로 내설시킨 클러치붙이체인기어(221)가 아이들링설치되게 복렬베어링고정와셔(222)를 볼트조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형망어구용 양망장치 트래버스캠구조.
