Claims (9)
- 천연 광물 입자 85-95중량%와 바인더 5-15%중량를 포함하는 인조대리석으로, 상기 바인더는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 55-75중량%, 비닐방향족 단량체 5-22.5% 및 아크릴계 단량체 12.5-36중량%로 이루어진 수지 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 비닐방향족 단량체 및 상기 아크릴계 단량체의 중량비는 1:1-1:4이되, 상기 인조대리석은 QUV 1000시간 기준 색변화(△E)가 1.0-5.0인 것인 인조대리석.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 천연 광물 입자는 분쇄된 석영(quartz), 규암(quartzite), 규사(silica sand), 화강암(granite) 및 반암(porphyry) 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 천연 광물 입자는 10㎛-3mm의 입경을 가지는 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 중량평균분자량은 1,000-10,000 g/mol인 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비닐방향족 단량체는 스티렌인 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 단량체는 메틸메타크릴레이트이되, 상기 아크릴계 단량체는 1-6중량% 포함되는 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인조대리석의 경화도가 97% 이상인 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인조대리석의 흡수율이 0.1% 이하인 것인 인조대리석. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인조대리석의 굴곡강도가 70-100Mpa인 것인 인조대리석.
