Claims (4)
- 콘크리트 조기강도제에 있어서,
알칼리화합물 25~55wt%, 삼산화황 15~30wt%, 탄소 1~5wt%, 수산화칼륨 6~34wt%, 이산화규소 10~40wt%, 질소 10~40wt% 및 산소 1~4wt%로 이루어진 콘크리트 조기강도제.
- 배합수(100)에 있어서,
물(110);,
청구항 1의 콘크리트 조기강도제(120); 및
상기 아민계 혼화제 및 혼합수로 이루어진 감수제(130);를 포함하는 배합수.
- 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서,
보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(200) 340~400 kg/m3, 잔골재(310) 830~910 kg/m3, 굵은골재(320) 900~990 kg/m3 및 청구항 2의 배합수(100) 160~180 kg/m3를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물.
- 콘크리트 조성물 제조방법에 있어서,
잔골재 및 굵은골재를 믹서기에 투입 후, 혼합하는 골재혼합단계(S110);,
콘크리트 조기강도제, 물, 감수제를 혼합하여 배합수를 제조하는 배합수혼합단계(S120);,
상기 골재혼합단계 후, 상기 믹서기에 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트를 추가 공급하는 시멘트공급단계(S200);,
상기 시멘트공급단계 후, 상기 배합수를 믹서기에 투입하는 배합수공급단계(S300);,
상기 배합수 공급단계 후, 믹서기에 의해 믹서기의 콘크리트를 혼합하는 콘크리트혼합단계(S400);를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물 제조방법.
