Claims (5)
- 금속 주름관이 삽입되는 일측의 외면에는 외부 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 외부 나사산이 형성되는 일측의 내면은 상기 금속 주름관의 삽입 방향을 따라 지름이 점차 축소되어 경사면을 형성하는 제1 연결부재;
상기 금속 주름관의 외측에 끼워지며, 내면에 상기 외부 나사산과 나사 결합되는 내부 나사산이 형성되는 제2 연결부재;
상기 금속 주름관의 외측에 끼워져 상기 제1 연결부재 및 제2 연결부재의 나사 결합에 따라 상기 제1 연결부재 방향의 선단이 상기 경사면에 눌리면서 상기 경사면에 밀착되는 상태로 절곡되는 내열 패킹을 포함하며,
상기 금속 주름관은 상기 제1 연결부재에 삽입된 일단이 상기 제1 연결부재 및 제2 연결부재의 나사 결합 시 상기 경사면에 의해 압착되면서 상기 내열 패킹의 내면에 밀착되는 금속 주름관의 연결 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내열 패킹은 관형의 링 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주름관의 연결 구조. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내열 패킹은 금속 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주름관의 연결 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내열 패킹의 내면과 마주하는 상기 금속 주름관의 골에는 탄성 패킹이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주름관의 연결 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
길이방향을 기준으로 상기 금속 주름관의 일단 또는 양단의 골에는 상기 제2 연결부재의 분리를 방지하는 이탈방지링이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주름관의 연결 구조.
