- 전기 에너지의 생성을 위한 연료 전지 유닛(12)과; 전기 에너지의 저장을 위한 2차 전지(14)와; 코일들(21, 22, 23)을 구비한 전기 기계(20)와; 전기 기계(20)의 제어를 위한 역변환 장치(30);를 포함하는, 특히 차량용의 구동 시스템(10)에 있어서,
역변환 장치(30)는 3레벨 인버터로서 구성되어, 복수의 전자 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12) 및 다이오드들(D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X12)과, 양극(37), 음극(35), 및 중성극(36)을 구비하며, 연료 전지 유닛(12)과 2차 전지(14)는 직렬 연결되고, 역변환 장치(30)의 극들(35, 36, 37)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 연료 전지 유닛(12)과 2차 전지(14)는, 양극(37)에는 중성극(36)에서보다 더 높은 전위가 인가되고, 음극(35)에는 중성극(36)에서보다 더 낮은 전위가 인가되도록 역변환 장치(30)의 극들(35, 36, 37)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)과 병렬로 환류 다이오드(X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X12)가 각각 연결되고, 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)과 중성극(36) 사이에는 클램프 다이오드들(D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구동 시스템(10)의 가열 방법에 있어서,
역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)은, 연료 전지 유닛(12)과 연결되는 역변환 장치(30)의 극들(35, 36, 37) 사이에 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로가 생성되도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)은, 상기 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로 내에 오로지 역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12) 및 다이오드들(D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X12)만 놓이도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)은, 상기 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로가 주기적으로 생성 및 해제되도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)은, 상기 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로 내에 전기 기계(20)의 하나 이상의 코일(21, 22, 23)이 놓이도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 역변환 장치(30)의 스위치들(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)은, 상기 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로가 주기적으로 생성 및 해제되도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단락 회로 형태의 전류 경로의 해제를 통해 전기 기계(20)의 코일(21, 22, 23) 내에서 발생하는 유도 전압이, 하나 이상의 환류 다이오드(X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X12)를 거쳐 2차 전지(14)로 흐르는 전류를 생성하도록, 각각의 스위치(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S12)와 병렬로 환류 다이오드(X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X12)가 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템의 가열 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구동 시스템(10) 및/또는 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구동 시스템의 가열 방법의, 연료 전지 차량(FCV) 내에서의 사용.
