- 강제 외피 내에 플럭스가 충전되어 이루어지는 용접용 플럭스 코어드 시임리스 와이어에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당 상기 플럭스 중의 Fe량이 2~15 질량%이며,
플럭스 충전율이 10~30 질량%이며,
와이어 전체 질량당 상기 플럭스 중의 Fe량(질량%)을 X로 하고, 상기 플럭스 충전율(질량%)을 Y로 했을 때에, 하기 식 (1)
Y > -2X+19 (1)
의 관계를 만족하는
용접용 플럭스 코어드 시임리스 와이어. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
외경이 0.8mm 이상 8.0mm 이하인
용접용 플럭스 코어드 시임리스 와이어. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 와이어에 있어서의 상기 강제 외피의 판 두께(t)(mm)와, 상기 와이어의 직경(D)(mm)의 비 t/D가 0.15~0.30인
