Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 화합물이 상이한 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 화합물들의 혼합물인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 화합물이 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 유도체인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 유도체가 알킬화된 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민, 벤질화된 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민, 히드록시알킬화된 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민, 및 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 부가물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 산이 p-톨루엔술폰산, 트리플루오로메탄술폰산, 플루오로황산, 살리실산, 트리플루오로아세트산, 2-에틸헥산산; 테트라플루오로붕산; 티오시안산; 및 그것의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물을 형성하는 반응 혼합물에 존재하는 성분 (b) 대 성분 (a)의 몰비가 0 초과 내지 1.8인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물을 형성하는 반응 혼합물에 존재하는 성분 (b) 대 성분 (a)의 몰비가 0.3 내지 1.3인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 아민을 추가로 포함하고, 제2 아민이 1급 아민, 2급 아민, 3급 아민, 4급 아민, 또는 그것의 유도체인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2 아민이 아미노에틸피페라진, 이소포론디아민, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(시클로헥실아민), 에테르 아민, 및 그것의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물인 것인 에폭시 경화제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀-A 디글리시딜 에테르, 비스페놀-F 디글리시딜 에테르, 및 에폭시 노볼락으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물을 포함하는 것인 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, (iii) 제2 아민을 추가로 포함하고, 제2 아민이 1급 아민, 2급 아민, 3급 아민, 4급 아민, 또는 그것의 유도체인 것인 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, (iii) 제2 아민이 아미노에틸피페라진, 이소포론디아민, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(시클로헥실아민), 에테르 아민, 및 그것의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물인 것인 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 벤질 알콜, 푸르푸릴 알콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 그것의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 (vi) 적어도 1종의 개질제를 추가로 포함하는 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, (v) 아크릴레이트를 추가로 포함하는 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, (v) 아크릴레이트가 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 폴리(알킬렌 옥시드) 디아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄 디아크릴레이트 및 그것의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물.
- 제10항에 따른 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물을 혼합하는 것을 포함하는, 경화된 에폭시의 형성 방법.
- 제10항의 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물의 접촉 생성물을 포함하는 경화된 에폭시 수지.
- 제10항의 경화성 에폭시-기재의 조성물로부터 수득된 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 물품이 접착제, 코팅, 프라이머, 밀봉제, 경화 화합물, 건축재 제품, 바닥재 제품, 또는 복합재 제품인 물품.
