Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 터보차저를 터빈 및 베어링 하우징의 영역에서 발췌한 형태로 보여주는 축방향 단면도이고;
도 2는 단지 부분적으로 도시된 인서트 부재와, 마찬가지로 단지 부분적으로 도시된 터빈 유입 하우징과 함께 도 1의 장치를 보여주는 사시도이며;
도 3은 마찬가지로 단지 부분적으로 도시된 노즐 링과 함께 도 2의 장치를 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 터보차저로서,
제1 매체를 팽창시키기 위한 터빈(1)과,
제2 매체를, 상기 제1 매체의 팽창 중에 상기 터빈에서 추출된 에너지를 이용하여, 압축시키기 위한 압축기를 포함하고,
상기 터빈(1)은 터빈 하우징(3)과 터빈 로터(6)를 포함하며,
상기 압축기는 압축기 하우징과, 샤프트(7)를 통해 상기 터빈 로터(6)에 연결된 압축기 로터를 포함하고,
상기 터빈 하우징(3)과 상기 압축기 하우징의 사이에 배치되어 있고 상기 샤프트(7)가 장착되어 있는 베어링 하우징(2)에, 상기 터빈 하우징(3)과 상기 압축기 하우징이 각각 연결되어 있으며,
상기 터빈 하우징(3)은 터빈 유입 하우징(4)과 인서트 부재(5)를 포함하고, 노즐 링(9)을 가이드 블레이드(11)와 함께 수납하는 것인 터보차저에 있어서,
상기 노즐 링(9)은 노즐 링의 제1 커버 링(12)에서 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(14)에 제1 체결 수단(13)을 통해 연결되어 있고, 상기 노즐 링(9)의 제1 커버 링(12)과 연결되어 있는 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(14)에는, 반경방향으로 외부로 연장되고 둘레에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 복수 개의 돌출부(15)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제1 체결 수단(13)은 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(14)의 돌출부(15)를 관통하고 상기 노즐 링(9)의 제1 커버 링(12)과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 체결 수단(13)은, 터빈 하우징(3)의 방향에서 보아, 베어링 하우징(2)으로부터 시작하여, 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(14)의 돌출부(15)를 지나 노즐 링(9)의 제1 커버 링(12)을 향해 축방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 링(9)은 노즐 링의 제2 커버 링(17)에서 상기 인서트 부재(5)의 플랜지(19)에 제2 체결 수단(18)을 통해 연결되어 있고, 상기 제2 체결 수단(18)은 상기 인서트 부재(5)의 플랜지(19)를 관통하며 상기 노즐 링(9)의 제2 커버 링(17)과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 체결 수단(18)은, 베어링 하우징(2)의 방향에서 보아, 터빈 하우징(3)으로부터 시작하여, 인서트 부재(5)의 플랜지(19)를 지나 노즐 링(9)의 제2 커버 링(17)을 향해 축방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 유입 하우징(4)은 별도의 체결 수단(23)을 통해 상기 베어링 하우징(2)에 상기 노즐 링(9)과는 독립적으로 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터빈은 반경류 터빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
