Claims (6)
- 소수성으로 표면처리된 액상 나노 콜로이드 졸 25 내지 35 중량%;
유기 실란 화합물 10 내지 20 중량%;
유기용제 5 내지 10 중량%;
증류수 5 내지 15 중량%;
세라믹 분말 20 내지 30 중량%;
글라스프리트 1 내지 5 중량%;
기타 첨가제 0.01 내지 1중량 %; 및
Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Cr 및 B로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속을 포함하는 활성 금속 충전제 10 내지 15중량%를 포함하는 금속 표면 보호용 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 분말은 알루미나, 흑연, 이산화티타늄, 지르콘, 버미큘라이트 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 보호용 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 글라스프리트는 Bi-Zn-B-Si-O계, PbO-SiO2-B2O3계 및 SiO2-MnO2계로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 보호용 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제. - 소수성으로 표면 처리된 액상 나노 콜로이드 졸을 제공하는 단계;
유기 용제 내에서 상기 액상 나노 콜로이드 졸에 제1 실란을 혼합한 혼합 용액을 숙성하는 단계;
상기 숙성된 혼합 용액에 제2 실란과 증류수를 혼합하여 상기 실란 화합물을 가수분해 축중합하는 단계; 및
상기 축중합 단계를 거친 혼합 용액에 세라믹 분말, 활성 금속 충전제와 글라스프리트를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 표면 보호용 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제 내에,
상기 소수성으로 표면 처리된 액상 나노 콜로이드 졸은 25 내지 35 중량%,
제1 및 제2 실란 10 내지 20 중량%,
유기용제 5 내지 10 중량%,
증류수 5 내지 15 중량%,
세라믹 분말 20 내지 30 중량%,
활성 금속 충전제 10 내지 15중량%,
글라스프리트 1 내지 5중량%,
첨가제 0.01 내지 1중량% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 보호용 세라믹계 복합 습식 코팅제의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
