Claims (11)
- 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 고분자와 친소수 복합체를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 친소수 복합체는 알킬기, 아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴알케닐기, 사이클로알리파틱기, 퍼플루오로알킬기, 카르보실릴기 및 폴리사이클릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 소수성기를 포함하는 소수성 화합물;과 에틸렌옥사이드, 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜 및 폴리알킬렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상을 포함하는 친수성 화합물;의 축합 또는 중합 반응으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 고분자와 상기 친소수 복합체의 반응에 의해 상기 고분자 주쇄의 양 말단에 위치한 친수성기가 상기 친소수 복합체의 말단 친수성기와 축합되어 공유결합으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 고분자는 에톡실레이티드 폴리우레탄, 알칼리 가용성 에멀젼, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리(아세탈-폴리에테르)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 고분자는 염기 존재 하에 폴리에틸렌글리콜과 디브로모메탄을 반응시켜 얻어지는 하기의 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리(아세탈-폴리에테르)(poly(acetal-polyether); PAPE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1에서 상기 X1 및 X2는 개별적으로 탄소수 1 ~ 3의 알킬기로부터 선택되고, 상기 Y1 및 Y2는 개별적으로 탄소수 1 ~ 6의 알킬기 및 페닐기로부터 선택되며, 상기 m은 1 ~ 50이고, n은 5 ~ 300이며, k는 5 ~ 500이다. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 1,000 ~ 100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 PAPE의 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 10,000 ~ 100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 친소수 복합체는 하기의 화학식 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 2에서 상기 A는 알킬기, 아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴알케닐기, 사이클로알리파틱기, 퍼플루오로알킬기, 카르보실릴기 및 폴리사이클릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 소수성기이고, 상기 a는 2 ~ 3이며, b는 5 ~ 500이다. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 알킬기, 알케닐기, 퍼플루오로알킬기 및 카르보실릴기로부터 선택된 소수성기는 1 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 포함하고, 상기 사이클로알리파틱기는 3 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 포함하며, 상기 아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 아릴알케닐기 및 폴리사이클릴기로부터 선택된 소수성기는 6 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 친소수 복합체는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 소수성 알킬 알코올 또는 탄소수 6 내지 40의 소수성 아릴 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 소수성 화합물;과 에틸렌옥사이드, 에틸렌글리콜 및 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 100 ~ 100,000인 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 친수성 화합물;의 축합 또는 중합 반응으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 회합성 증점제의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 회합성 증점제.
- 제10항에 따른 회합성 증점제를 포함하는 수용성 페인트.
