Claims (6)
- 질소, 인산 및 칼륨으로 이루어진 그룹에서 2종 이상이 함유된 대량원소; 및 철, 망간, 아연, 붕소, 구리 및 몰리브덴으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이 함유된 미량원소;를 포함하는 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 질소의 공급원은 질산칼리, 제1인산암모늄, 질산마그네슘 및 질산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이고,
상기 인산의 공급원은 제1인산칼리 및 제1인산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이며,
상기 칼륨의 공급원은 제1인산칼리, 질산칼리, 황산칼리 및 염화칼리로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이고,
상기 철의 공급원은 EDTA-철이며,
상기 망간의 공급원은 황산망간이고,
상기 아연의 공급원은 황산아연이며,
상기 붕소의 공급원은 붕사 및 붕산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이고,
상기 구리의 공급원은 황산구리이며,
상기 몰리브덴의 공급원은 몰리브덴소다이고,
(a) 상기 대량원소 및 미량원소의 공급원을 물에 용해시키는 a-1 단계; 및 상기 a-1 단계의 수용액에 비타민 C를 용해시키는 a-2 단계;를 포함하여 제조되거나, 또는
(b) 비타민 C를 물에 용해시키는 b-1 단계; 상기 비타민 C 수용액에 상기 대량원소 및 미량원소의 공급원을 용해시키는 b-2 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a-1 단계는 1 내지 60 분 동안 수행되고, 상기 a-2 단계는 20분 내지 24 시간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법에서 상기 대량원소 및 미량원소에 추가로 마그네슘을 포함하고,
상기 마그네슘의 공급원은 황산마그네슘 및 질산마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이며,
상기 a-1 단계에서 상기 마그네슘의 공급원을 추가로 용해시키거나 또는 상기 b-2 단계에서 상기 마그네슘의 공급원을 추가로 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법에서 상기 대량원소 및 미량원소에 추가로 칼슘을 포함하고,
상기 칼슘의 공급원은 질산칼슘 및 염화칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이며,
상기 a-2 단계의 수용액에 상기 칼슘의 공급원을 용해시키는 a-3 단계; 또는 상기 b-2 단계의 수용액에 상기 칼슘의 공급원을 용해시키는 b-3 단계;를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 제1항 내지 제3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물에 있어서,
상기 대량원소 및 미량원소의 공급원의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 물 250 내지 900 중량부 및 상기 비타민 C 10 내지 100 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물. - 청구항 제4항의 방법으로 제조된 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물에 있어서,
상기 대량원소 및 미량원소의 공급원의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 물 250 내지 900 중량부, 상기 비타민 C 10 내지 100 중량부 및 상기 칼슘 공급원을 2 내지 20 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침전 1액형 양액 비료 조성물.
