Si: 0.05∼0.5%,
Mn: 0.2∼1.7%,
P: 0% 초과 0.03% 이하,
S: 0.001∼0.05%,
Al: 0.005∼0.1% 및
N: 0∼0.015%를 각각 함유하고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지며,
강의 금속 조직이 페라이트 및 시멘타이트로 구성되고, 페라이트 입계에 존재하는 시멘타이트의 수 비율이 전체 시멘타이트수에 대해서 40% 이상인 기계 구조 부품용 강선. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
질량%로,
Cr: 0% 초과 0.5% 이하,
Cu: 0% 초과 0.25% 이하,
Ni: 0% 초과 0.25% 이하,
Mo: 0% 초과 0.25% 이하 및
B: 0% 초과 0.01% 이하로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가로 함유하는 기계 구조 부품용 강선. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 조직에 있어서의 bcc-Fe 결정립의 평균 원 상당 직경이 30μm 이하인 기계 구조 부품용 강선.
