Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 실리카 입자의 표면 상에 1 μmol m-2 내지 6 μmol m-2 범위의 메틸실릴 함량을 갖는 메틸실릴 유도화된(derivatised) 실리카 입자.
- 제1항에 따른 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자를 포함하는 콜로이드 실리카로서,
상기 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 농도는 20 중량% 이상인, 콜로이드 실리카. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 3 nm 내지 150 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 콜로이드 실리카. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 비표면적이 20 m2g-1 내지 900 m2g-1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 콜로이드 실리카. - 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 제조 방법은
- 콜로이드 실리카를 제공하는 단계,
- 상기 콜로이드 실리카를 50℃ 내지 90℃의 온도에서 유지시키는 단계,
- 50-90℃의 온도를 유지하면서, 메틸 알콕시실란을, 상기 실리카 입자의 표면 상에 1 μmol m-2 내지 6 μmol m-2 범위의 메틸실릴 함량을 제공하는 양으로 상기 콜로이드 실리카에 첨가하는 단계
를 포함하는, 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 콜로이드 실리카가 에탄올, 메탄올, 이소프로판올, 아세톤 또는 이들의 혼합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 메틸 알콕시실란이 메틸트리에톡시실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란 또는 다이메틸다이에톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메틸 알콕시실란이 0.2 μmol 메틸 알콕시실란/(m2·h) 내지 2 μmol 메틸 알콕시실란/(m2·h)의 투입 속도(dosing rate)로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법. - 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메틸 알콕시실란이 2분이 넘는 기간에 걸쳐 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자의 제조 방법. - 제1 팩 및 제2 팩을 별개의 파트로서 포함하는 2-팩 시스템을 포함하는 프라이머 코팅용 키트로서,
상기 제1 팩은 중량%를 기준으로,
- 실리카 입자의 표면 상에 1 μmol m-2 내지 6 μmol m-2 범위의 메틸실릴 함량을 갖는 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자를 포함하는 콜로이드 실리카 (적어도 30 중량%) 25 중량% 내지 35 중량%,
- 물 10 중량% 내지 15 중량%,
- 알코올 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%,
- 규소 오일 0.1 중량% 내지 2 중량%, 및
- 안료 20 중량% 내지 25 중량%
를 포함하고,
상기 제2 팩은 중량%를 기준으로,
- 메틸 알콕시실란 30 중량% 내지 35 중량%, 및
- 산 0.5 중량% 내지 1 중량%
를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅용 키트. - 제1 팩 및 제2 팩을 별개의 파트로서 포함하는 2-팩 시스템을 포함하는 탑-코트(top-coat) 코팅용 키트로서,
상기 제1 팩은 중량%를 기준으로,
- 실리카 입자의 표면 상에 1 μmol m-2 내지 6 μmol m-2 범위의 메틸실릴 함량을 갖는 메틸실릴 유도화된 실리카 입자를 포함하는 콜로이드 실리카 (적어도 40 중량%) 25 중량% 내지 30 중량%,
- 물 10 중량% 내지 15 중량%,
- 알코올 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%,
- 공용매 5 중량% 내지 15 중량%
- 규소 오일 0.1 중량% 내지 2 중량%, 및
- 안료 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량%
를 포함하고,
상기 제2 팩은 중량%를 기준으로,
- 메틸 알콕시실란 35 중량% 내지 45 중량%, 및
- 산 1 중량% 내지 2 중량%
를 포함하는, 탑-코트 코팅용 키트. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 알코올이 이소프로판올, 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 키트. - 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 오일이 식용 규소 오일 또는 비-식용 규소 오일 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 키트. - 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 안료가 유기 안료, 무기 안료 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 키트. - 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산이 아세트산, 포름산, 인산, 염산, 질산, 황산 또는 프로피온산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 키트. - 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메틸 알콕시실란이 메틸트리에톡시실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란 또는 다이메틸다이에톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 키트.
