Claims (10)
- Pd를 필수 금속으로 하는 합금을 포함하는 수소 배출막에 있어서, 50℃, 수소 분압 0.01MPa의 조건에서 측정하였을 때의 수소 흡장량이 0.4(H/M) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 배출막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 제11족 원소를 20 내지 65mol% 포함하는, 수소 배출막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제11족 원소는 금, 은 및 구리로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 수소 배출막.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 50℃에 있어서의 수소 투과 계수가 1.0×10-13 내지 2.0×10-9(molㆍm-1ㆍsec-1ㆍPa-1/2)이고, 또한 막 두께 t와 막 면적 s가 하기 식 1을 만족하는, 수소 배출막.

t/s<32.9m-1 - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수소 배출막의 편면 또는 양면에 지지체를 갖는, 수소 배출 적층막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 평균 구멍 직경 100㎛ 이하의 다공질체인, 수소 배출 적층막.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지체의 원료가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리술폰, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드이미드 및 아라미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 수소 배출 적층막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수소 배출막, 또는 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수소 배출 적층막을 구비한, 전기 화학 소자용 안전 밸브.
- 제8항에 기재된 안전 밸브를 구비한, 전기 화학 소자.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전기 화학 소자가 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서 또는 리튬 이온 전지인, 전기 화학 소자.
