Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 갈바닉 개별 셀(20)로 구성되는 배터리 모듈(10)과, 배터리 모듈(10)의 최고 전위와 배터리 모듈(10)의 기준 전위 사이의 모듈 전압(UMOD)용 탭을 포함하는 장치(1)에 있어서,
상기 장치(1)는 회로 장치(30)를 포함하고, 상기 회로 장치(30)는 상기 모듈 전압(UMOD)용 탭과 연결되며 상기 모듈 전압(UMOD)이 영(0)으로 강하될 때 신호(35)를 출력하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(1)는, 상기 신호(35)를 수신하고 처리하도록 구성되는 처리 유닛(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 처리 유닛(40)은 상기 신호(35)를 저장하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회로 장치(30)는 커패시터(50), 직렬 저항기(60), 정상 도통 MOSFET(70), 퓨즈(80)뿐만 아니라, 제 1 회로 노드(K1), 제 2 회로 노드(K2), 제 3 회로 노드(K3) 및 제 4 회로 노드(K4)를 포함하고,
- 상기 제 1 회로 노드(K1)에는 상기 배터리 모듈(10)의 최고 전위가 인가되고,
- 상기 제 2 회로 노드(K2)에는 상기 배터리 모듈(10)의 기준 전위가 인가되고,
- 상기 커패시터(50)는 상기 제 2 회로 노드(K2)와 상기 제 3 회로 노드(K3) 사이에 배치되고,
- 상기 직렬 저항기(60)는 상기 제 1 회로 노드(K1)와 상기 제 3 회로 노드(K3) 사이에 배치되고,
- 상기 퓨즈(80)는 상기 제 3 회로 노드(K3)와 상기 제 4 회로 노드(K4) 사이에 배치되고,
- 상기 제 4 회로 노드(K4)는 상기 MOSFET(70)의 드레인 단자와 연결되고,
- 상기 MOSFET(70)의 소스 단자는 상기 제 2 회로 노드(K2)와 연결되며,
- 상기 MOSFET의 게이트 단자는 상기 제 1 회로 노드(K1)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회로 장치(30)는 전압 조정기(90)와, 플립플롭(100), 특히 비동기 제어 입력단들을 구비한 플립플롭을 포함하고,
- 상기 전압 조정기(90)의 입력단에는 상기 모듈 전압(UMOD)이 인가되고,
- 상기 전압 조정기(90)의 출력단은 상기 플립플롭(100)과 연결되며,
- 상기 전압 조정기(90)뿐만 아니라 상기 플립플롭(100)도 접지로서 상기 배터리 모듈(10)의 기준 전위를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회로 장치(30)의 라인들은 다층 인쇄회로기판의 내부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 전압(UMOD)의 탭은 코팅 재료(110), 특히 래커 또는 수지로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(1).
