Claims (5)
- 냉각수가 소통하는 유로가 형성된 제1 영역 및 상기 유로의 제1 단부와 연결된 주입구 및 상기 제1 단부와 대향하는 상기 유로의 제2 단부와 연결된 배출구가 형성되어 있고 상기 제1 영역을 둘러싼 제2 영역을 포함하는 히트싱크; 및 가운데 부분에 상기 제1 영역을 노출시키는 개구부를 구비하고 상기 개구부를 형성하는 내부 측면에는 상기 제2 영역이 삽입되는 체결홈이 형성된 히트싱크 프레임을 각각 구비하는 복수 개의 배터리 트레이들; 및
상기 배터리 트레이들 사이에 배치되어 상기 히트싱크의 제1 영역과 접촉하는 하나 이상의 배터리를 포함하는, 수냉식 배터리모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주입구와 상기 배출구는 상기 히트싱크의 상부 양 단부에서 서로 이격된 상태로 형성되어 있는, 수냉식 배터리모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히트싱크 프레임은 복수 개의 체결홀들을 더 포함하고,
상기 체결홀들을 각각 관통하여 상기 배터리 트레이들과 상기 배터리를 서로 밀착시키는 복수 개의 체결부재들을 더 포함하는, 수냉식 배터리모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히트싱크는,
유로를 형성하는 제1 홈이 형성되어 있는 제1 플레이트;
상기 제1 홈과 결합하여 상기 유로를 형성하도록 상기 제1 홈이 형성된 위치에 대응하는 위치에 제2 홈이 형성되어 있는 제2 플레이트; 및
상기 제1 플레이트와 상기 제2 플레이트를 서로 접착시키는 접착층을 포함하는, 수냉식 배터리모듈.
- 히트싱크 프레임을 사출하는 금형틀 내부에 히트싱크가 삽입되는 단계;
상기 금형틀 내부로 수지가 주입되고, 상기 수지가 상기 히트싱크 모서리 부분을 따라 형성되어 있는 복수 개의 삽입개구들에 삽입된 후 경화되어 상기 히트싱크와 상기 히트싱크 프레임이 서로 결합된 배터리 트레이를 제조하는 단계;
복수 개의 배터리 트레이들 사이에 하나 이상의 배터리를 배치한 후 상기 배터리 트레이들과 상기 배터리를 서로 밀착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 수냉식 배터리모듈 제조방법.
