Abstract
외측부터 내측으로, 내열성 수지층(2), 상기 제1 접착제 층(5), 금속박 층(4), 제2 접착제 층(6), 열가소성 수지층(3)이 적층된 성형용 포장재(1)로서, 상기 제1 접착제 층(5)는, 착색 안료와, 주제로서의 폴리에스테르 수지와 경화제로서의 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 의한 2액 경화형 폴리에스테르우레탄 수지를 포함하는 접착제를 포함하는 착색 접착제 조성물로 이루어지고, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는, 수평균분자량(Mn)이 8,000 내지 25,000, 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 15,000 내지 50,000이고, 이들의 비율(Mw/Mn)이 1.3 내지 2.5이고, 상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물은 50몰% 이상의 방향족계 이소시아네이트를 포함하고 있다.

Claims (7)
- 외측 층으로서의 내열성 수지층과, 내측 층으로서의 열가소성 수지층과, 이들 양층 사이에 배설된 금속박 층과, 상기 금속박 층과 내열성 수지층과의 사이에 배설된 제1 접착제 층과, 상기 금속박 층과 열가소성 수지층과의 사이에 배설된 제2 접착제 층을 포함하는 성형용 포장재에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착제 층은, 착색 안료와, 주제로서의 폴리에스테르 수지와 경화제로서의 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 의한 2액 경화형 폴리에스테르우레탄 수지를 포함하는 접착제를 포함하는 착색 접착제 조성물로 이루어지며,
상기 폴리에스테르 수지는, 수평균분자량(Mn)이 8,000 내지 25,000, 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 15,000 내지 50,000이고, 이들의 비율(Mw/Mn)이 1.3 내지 2.5이고,
상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물은 50몰% 이상의 방향족계 이소시아네이트를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 포장재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 2액 경화형 폴리에스테르우레탄 수지에서, 주제로서의 상기 폴리에스테르 수지가 디카르본산 및 디알코올을 원료로 하고,
상기 디카르본산은, 메틸렌쇄의 메틸렌수가 짝수의 지방족 디카르본산과 방향족 디카르본산을 포함하고, 이들의 합계량에 대한 방향족 디카르본산의 함유율이 40 내지 80몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 포장재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 착색 접착제 조성물에서, 착색 안료와 폴리에스테르 수지의 합계량에 대한 착색 안료의 함유율이 5 내지 60질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 포장재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 2액 경화형 폴리에스테르우레탄 수지의 경화막은 인장시험(JIS K7162)에 의한 영률이 70 내지 400㎫인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 포장재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속박 층의 적어도 일방의 면에 화성 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 포장재. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성형용 포장재를 딥드로잉 성형 또는 장출 성형(stretch forming)하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 케이스.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
전지 케이스로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 케이스.
