Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 화합물에 의해 중합된 실리콘 수지, 용매, 첨가제, 및 실리콘계 계면활성제를 포함하며,
상기 화합물 중 적어도 하나는 실리콘을 포함하는 것인, 수지 조성물:

상기 화학식 1에서, R은 독립적으로 불포화 결합을 1개 이상 가지는 C2 내지 C10의 유기기, 수소, 불소, 히드록시기, C1 내지 C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기, C3 내지 C15의 시클로알킬기, C2 내지 C10의 아릴기, 에폭시기, 페닐렌기, 메타크릴기, 메타크릴옥시기, 아세테이트기, 아크릴기, 또는 아크릴옥시기이며,
M은 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 아연, 망간, 코발트, 텅스텐, 및 바나늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이며,
X는 독립적으로 히드록시기, 할로겐기, 또는 C1 내지 C10의 알콕시기이며,
n은 0 내지 4이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 수지는 하기 화학식 2의 구조를 갖는 것인 수지 조성물:

상기 화학식 2에서, R은 독립적으로 불포화 결합을 1개 이상 가지는 C2 내지 C10의 유기기, 수소, 불소, 히드록시기, C1 내지 C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기, C3 내지 C15의 시클로알킬기, C2 내지 C10의 아릴기, 에폭시기, 페닐렌기, 메타크릴기, 메타크릴옥시기, 아세테이트기, 아크릴기 또는 아크릴옥시기이며,
M은 독립적으로 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 아연, 망간, 코발트, 텅스텐, 및 바나늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상 이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은, 상기 실리콘 수지 100 중량부에 대해 용매 50 내지 2500 중량부, 첨가제 1 내지 50 중량부, 및 실리콘계 계면활성제 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것인 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 에테르류, 프로필렌글리콜알킬에테르아세테이트류, 케톤류, 에스테르류, 알코올류 및 테트라하이드로퓨란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것인 수지 조성물. - 유리섬유 기판에 제1항의 수지 조성물이 코팅 후 경화된 플렉서블 디스플레이 기판.
- 제1항의 수지 조성물을 유리섬유 기판에 코팅하는 단계;
상기 코팅 후 용매를 증발시키는 단계; 및
상기 용매가 증발된 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 기판의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 증발시키는 단계는 50 내지 150℃에서 10 내지 200초간 수행하는 것인, 디스플레이 기판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 경화시키는 단계는 100 내지 300℃에서 1 내지 3시간 수행하는 것인, 디스플레이 기판의 제조방법.
